Public hearing location changes

The location for the public hearing for the $3 million Sewer Revenue Capital Loan Notes to be held at 6 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 21 has been changed from 120 E. Main St. to the Nicola Stoufer Room in the Washington Public Library, 115 W. Washington St.
