This snake is an albino fox snake, which is about 8 inches long. It was found in rural Washington County, said Naturalist Pamela Holz who works for the Washington County Conservation Center. This is the fourth albino fox snake to be recorded. Survival rates for albino snakes are not great, so the conservation center will keep this snake to use for educational purposes.
