Anderson fined for hunting violations

A Washington County Conservation officer has paid a fine from the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) in relation to hunting violations.
According to Iowa Courts online, conservation director Steve Anderson was fined for pursuing to kill, trap, buy, and sell deer or turkey. He failed to tag a deer after harvest, the court record said. Anderson could not be reached for comment.
