Warrant arrest

A caller reported being with a subject wanted on a warrant out of Washington County. Peggy Lynn Hubbard, 56, of Cedar Rapids was arrested on a warrant for second-degree theft. Her bond was set at $5,000. Transportation arrangements were made for Hubbard by the reporting agency.

 

Serious traffic stop

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle on Highway 218 southbound north of Highway 22. Sean Michael Gould, 24, of Lisbon was taken to the Washington County Jail for further testing. Gould was arrested for possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges are pending for operating while intoxicated first offense, and other drug-related offenses pending DCI lab results. Gould was warned for one headlight not working. The vehicle was towed. Gould was taken to the Washington County Jail. The Iowa State Patrol assisted with the call.

 

Family offense non-violent

A caller reported hearing yelling upstairs in the 600 block of Seventh Avenue in Wellman. A Washington County Sheriff Deputy responded. The parties had calmed down.

 

Vandalism

A caller reported vandalism inside the facility in the 500 block of C Avenue in Kalona and believed it happened in December 2013. The caller requested documentation and extra patrol for now.

 

Welfare check

A caller said she wasn’t feeling well in the 400 block of Third Street in Wellman. A Washington County Deputy responded to the call. Upon arrival the subject said she no longer needed assistance.
