Committee upholds dangerous building ruling
During an appeal hearing today, the Washington Building Committee upheld a ruling from building and zoning administrator Steve Donnolly that Goncho Apartments, the site of a meth lab raid, remains a dangerous building.
The committee heard arguments from Elmer and Lucas Miller, the owners of the building. The Millers say that they have no set plan yet and are in discussions with another party to possibly purchase the building.
