Communications, E911 Services boards to meet

The Communications Board’s Personnel & Operations Committee will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14, at 120 E. Main St. in Washington.

The Communications Board of Washington County will meet Tuesday, Jan. 14, at 6:30 p.m., at 120 E. Main St. in Washington. It will be a mayor’s representatives meeting. On the agenda are introduction of newly appointed mayors and/or representatives, and election of representatives to the Communications Commission.

The E911 Services in Washington County will hold a joint meeting with the Communications Board on Tuesday, Jan. 14, at 7 p.m. on the first floor of the former Washington Public Library building, 120 East Main Street in Washington.

Agenda items include hearings; business items — roll call and determination of quorum, introduction of new member(s), approval of agenda, approval of minutes of last meeting, approval of claims, new business, election of officers, new 911 budget reporting requirement, and TAC 10/Mapping interface; and old business.

The Communications Board of Washington County will meet in joint session with E911 Services, Tuesday, Jan. 14, at 7:15 p.m. on the main floor of the former Washington Public Library building, at 120 East Main Street in Washington.

Agenda items include hearings; new business — roll call and determination of quorum, introduction of new member(s), approval of agenda, approval of minutes of last meeting, approval of claims, committee reports (Per. and Ops/Mayors), new business, election of officers, annual appointments, budget recommendation for fiscal year 2014-15, personnel change request, and outreach relocating/Utilities; and old business.
