Wednesday Study Club met at the home of Clarissa Malmberg on Wednesday, March 19, with 15 members present.

Two guests, Begimai Aibekova of Kyrgyzstan and Bruna Alves- Bucholtz of Brazil presented the program for the afternoon. These girls are the foreign exchange students and are seniors at WACO High School. Both live with families in Crawfordsville. They told of their homeland, their home schools, their reasons for coming to America and their hopes for the future, along with other interesting highlights.

Marie Dare was the co-hostess for the meeting and Ruth Erwin provided transportation for the girls.

The club's next meeting will be Wednesday, April 16, with Ruth Erwin.

Delicious refreshments and visiting completed the afternoon.

The Crawfordsville Fire and EMS will host a breakfast from 6 to 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 5, at the Crawfordsville Fire Station/City Hall.

Following the breakfast the Crawfordsville Community Club and Crawfordsville Lions Club will host an Easter Egg Hunt at 10 a.m. at the WACO Elementary School in Crawfordsville.

Bring all your friends and have a good time!
