“I rested some of our older kids because of the weather. We still had a great night in the field events, winning three out of four. It was a night where anything could happen because of the weather, but we still had a great competition,” Demon boys’ head coach Steve Roth said.
“I was very pleased with a second-place team finish. We ran a lot of our younger kids last night, so we changed some of the relays up and let the kids try a few different events. It was nice for everybody to get to run,” Washington girls’ head coach Stefanie Tschantz said.
The Demon boys will compete again on Monday, May 5 at Fairfield. The Washington girls will be in action at home this afternoon.
