Eleven arrests reported in Wapello

WAPELLO — The Louisa County Sheriff’s Office has made 11 more arrests after a four-month investigation following a search warrant executed in Oakville in April 2014. These stem from an investigation that resulted in the arrest of Anthony Sill, Tina Sill and Robert Zaehringer.
Jason E. Breuer, 32, of Wapello, was arrested on Aug. 12, 2014, and charged with Prohibited Acts — Class B felony, for conspiring with one or more persons to manufacture more than 5 grams of methamphetamine. After being processed at the Louisa County Jail, Jason Breuer was released from the jail on pre-trial release. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sep. 2, 2014.
Dustin J. Breuer, 35, of Wapello, was arrested on Aug. 12, 2014, and charged with Prohibited Acts — Class B felony, for conspiring with one or more persons to manufacture more than 5 grams of methamphetamine. After being processed at the Louisa County Jail, Dustin Breuer was released from the jail on pre-trial release. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 2, 2014.
Crystal Lee, 22, of Oakville, was arrested on Aug. 12, 2014, and charged with Prohibited Acts — Class B felony, for conspiring with one or more persons to manufacture more than 5 grams of methamphetamine. After being processed at the Louisa County Jail, Lee was released from the jail on pre-trial release. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 2, 2014.
Robyn M. Holland, 25, of Wapello, was arrested on Aug. 12, 2014, and charged with Prohibited Acts — Class B felony, for conspiring with one or more persons to manufacture more than 5 grams of methamphetamine. After being processed at the Louisa County Jail, Holland was released from the jail on pre-trial release. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 2, 2014.

Lovell, 39, of rural Muscatine, was arrested on Aug. 13, 2014, and charged with Prohibited Acts — Class B felony, for conspiring with one or more persons to manufacture more than 5 grams of methamphetamine. After being processed at the Louisa County Jail, Lovell was released from the jail on pre-trial release. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 3, 2014.
Richard L. Stout, 46, of rural Wapello, was arrested on Aug. 13, 2014, and charged with Prohibited Acts — Class B felony, for conspiring with one or more persons to manufacture more than 5 grams of methamphetamine. After being processed at the Louisa County Jail, Stout was released on pre-trial release. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 3, 2014.
Christina L. Robertson, 32, of rural Conesville, was arrested on Aug. 13, 2014, and charged with Prohibited Acts—Class B felony, for conspiring with one or more persons to manufacture more than 5 grams of methamphetamine. After being processed at the Louisa County Jail, Robertson is being held on a $25,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 22, 2014.
Laura Jo Cocklin, 51, of rural Wapello, was arrested on Aug. 13, 2014, and charged with Prohibited Acts – Class B felony, for conspiring with one or more persons to manufacture more than 5 grams of methamphetamine. After being processed at the Louisa County Jail, Cocklin is being held on a $25,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 22, 2014.
Jason T. Goldsberry, 35, of rural Conesville, was arrested on Aug. 13, 2014, and charged with Prohibited Acts — Class B felony, for conspiring with one or more persons to manufacture more than 5 grams of methamphetamine. After being processed at the Louisa County Jail, Goldsberry is being held on a $25,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled Aug. 22, 2014.
Jamie R. Ewart, 33, of Wapello, was arrested on Aug. 14, 2014, and charged with Prohibited Acts — Class B Felony, for conspiring with one or more persons to manufacture more than 5 grams of methamphetamine. After being processed at the Louisa County Jail, Ewart was released from the jail on pre-trial release. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 4, 2014.
Lisa M. Hayes, 49, of Wapello was arrested on Aug. 15, 2014, and charged with Prohibited Acts — Class B Felony, for conspiring with one or more persons to manufacture more than 5 grams of methamphetamine. After being processed at the Louisa County Jail, Hayes was released from the jail on pre-trial release. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 4, 2014.
Maximum prison term on a Class B felony is 25 years. Additional arrests are expected.
The investigation was conducted by the former Washington-Louisa County Drug Task Force. The Columbus Junction Police Department and Wapello Police Department assisted in the arrest.
The charges are merely allegations, and all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
