Highland High School spring play will travel
Highland High School is taking the annual spring play on the road. This year’s production, “Rumpa-Whosa-Whatsa,” is a delightful twist on the classic tale of “Rumpelstiltskin.” Because this is perfect for young audiences, it was decided to take the performances to the places where children congregate. So a traveling set has been built and a fine acting troupe of Highland Middle and High schools' Thespians are preparing with this entertaining script written by Kristi Cunningham.
On the evenings of Thursday, March 21, at the Ainsworth Elementary and Friday, March 22, at Riverside Elementary, the house opens 6 p.m. and the performance starts at 6:30 p.m.
Please join master storytellers Miny and Moe as they explore the classic tale of “Rumpa-Whosa-Whatsa” — that is, “Rumpelstiltskin,” even though Moe thinks ninjas always make stories better. Tickets will be sold at the door.
