Horse & Pony 4-H Club
The regular meeting of the Horse and Pony 4-H Club was held on March 26 at the extension office. There were 19 members and five guests present.
Announcements in the meeting included the March 29 FSQA training, the April 10 Dog Project meeting, and a committee report for the new breakers in the horse barn.
The only old business was dues.
New business included Orscheln discount cards, the April 19 cattle show and pancake breakfast, a tooth care clinic on April 18 by Alana McNutt, fair changes, T-shirts, registration help, sponsorship to Chelsea Bowlin for the high school rodeo shows, and a 4-H’er for 4-H donation.
The meeting was called to order by president Chelsea Bowlin at 7:05 p.m. and was adjourned at 7:49 p.m. The U.S. Pledge was started by Lanie Bowlin, and the 4-H Pledge was started by Kylee Porter.
The meeting was followed by refreshments by Taylor Roth and presentations by Jessica Schoonover and Jennie Greene.
