IMS seniors are selling chili supper tickets
Tickets to the annual Chili Supper at Iowa Mennonite School in Kalona are available from class members or by calling the school. The supper will be served from 4:30 to 8 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 9, in the school gym.
The menu includes chili or an alternative soup, the infamous cheese salad sandwiches, potato salad, relish sticks, homemade desserts, and water/coffee.
The popular winter meal, prepared and hosted by the senior class and their parents, has been served annually for more than 40 years, and provides funds for the class’s trip to Washington, D.C.
