IMS seniors selling chili supper tickets
KALONA — Tickets to the annual chili supper at Iowa Mennonite School, prepared and hosted by the senior class and their parents, are available from class members or by calling the school.
The popular winter meal has been served for more than 40 years, and provides funds for the class’s trip to Washington, D.C. The meal includes chili (or an alternative soup), the infamous cheese salad sandwiches, potato salad, relish sticks, homemade desserts, and water/coffee.
The meal will be served on Saturday, Feb. 9, from 4:30 to 8 p.m. in the school gym.
