Washington Community High School

Monday: Vegetable bar (served daily), sausage pizza on whole grain crust, steamed corn, banana, diced peaches. Tuesday: Cuban sandwich or chicken Caesar wrap, Tri-Tater, black-eyed pea salad, fresh grapes, royal brownie. Wednesday (1:10 dismissal; prof. development): Lasagna, broccoli Parmesan, roasted squash, fresh pear, melon mix, fresh cinnamon roll. Thursday: Hot ham & cheese sandwich or Mr. Rib sandwich, baked potato, steamed green beans, baked beans, fruit cocktail. Friday: Beef stir-fry, brown rice, carrot raisin salad, mandarin oranges, strawberries.

St. James Elementary

Monday: Ham & cheese on bun, sweet potato puffs, applesauce, Scooby graham snacks. Tuesday: Chicken quesadilla, diced carrots, sliced pears. Wednesday: Pancakes, sausage links, oven-baked hash browns, peaches. Thursday: Seasoned pork burger on wheat bun, baked beans, Jell-O cups w/fruit. Friday: Spaghetti & meat sauce, garden salad, peaches, Rice Krispie square.

Columbus

Monday: Turkey burger on WG bun or cold entrée (offered daily, grades 4-12), garden spinach salad, baked sweet potatoes, peaches. Tuesday: Orange chicken, rice, California blend, pineapple. Wednesday: Individual pizza, corn, apple crisp. Thursday: Hot dog on WG bun, Tri-Tater, baked beans, banana. Friday: Barbecued rib on WG bun, romaine lettuce salad, orange slices, oatmeal cookie.

Highland

Monday: Veggie bar (served daily, MS, HS), fruit bowl (served daily, HS), breaded chicken patty, WG hamburger bun, crisp carrots/broccoli/ranch dressing, diced sweet potatoes, chilled applesauce. Tuesday: Ham & potato au gratin, homemade WG roll/butter, steamed green beans, diced pears, Chips Ahoy cookie (HS). Wednesday: Chicken quesadilla, romaine & spinach salad/dressing, refried beans, WG tortilla chips, strawberries, strawberry yogurt (HS). Thursday: Creamed turkey, angel biscuit, delicious peas, steamed corn, mandarin oranges, cereal mix. Friday: Maid-Rites, WG bun, french fries, grape tomatoes, pineapple chunks, Jell-O squares.

Iowa Mennonite School

Monday: Enchilada/rice, broccoli w/cheese, red pepper strips, apple slices. Tuesday: Caesar chicken wrap, Spanish rice, baby carrots & cucumbers w/hummus dip, mixed melon. Wednesday: Spaghetti & meat sauce, garden spinach salad, garlic bread, celery sticks & PB, red & green grapes. Thursday: Taco salad, tortilla chips & salsa, refried beans, cinnamon roll, orange. Friday: Chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes, green beans, wheat roll & jelly, kiwi fruit.

Mid-Prairie

Monday: Hot turkey & gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, strawberries & bananas. Tuesday: Deli sandwich, black bean salsa & WG tortilla chips, baby carrots & ranch, watermelon. Wednesday: Baked chicken, cheesy potatoes, green beans, cinnamon roll, apple. Thursday: Baked cod fillet, baked sweet potato, steamed corn, whole wheat bread, peaches. Friday: Stromboli, steamed peas, fresh cauliflower, curly fries, pineapple & bananas.

WACO

Monday: Chef salad (offered daily, HS), cheddarwurst/WG bun, baked beans, baby carrots, applesauce. Tuesday: Pepperoni pizza w/WG crust, corn, cucumber slices, mandarin oranges. Wednesday: Turkey wrap w/mozzarella cheese, lettuce mix, grape tomatoes, fruit cocktail. Thursday: Cheeseburger/WG bun, shoestring french fries, green beans, apricots. Friday: No school.

Senior Dining

Washington Community Y

Monday: Swedish meatballs, noodles, spinach, fresh fruit, sherbet cup. Tuesday: Roast turkey, mashed potatoes/gravy, asparagus cuts, melon cup, wheat bread. Wednesday: Baked chicken, oven-browned potatoes, tomato/cucumber salad, pears, pudding, wheat bread. Thursday: Beef macaroni casserole, peas, spinach salad, banana, wheat bread. Friday: Cook’s choice.
