Washington (grades 6-12)

Monday: Vegetable bar (served daily), chicken & noodles or beef & noodles, mashed potatoes, honey glazed carrots, fresh apple wedges, apricots, cherry crisp. Tuesday: Spaghetti w/meat sauce or tuna noodle crunch, Caesar salad, seasoned peas, fresh grapes, mandarin oranges & pineapple, whole wheat bread & jelly. Wednesday: Chicken wrap, romaine & tomato mix, savory rice, stir-fry veggies, fresh watermelon, fresh fruit cup. Thursday: Taco on whole wheat tortilla shell, shredded lettuce & salsa or taco soup w/whole grain corn chips, steamed corn, refried beans, fresh cantaloupe, spiced apples, cinnamon puff. Friday: No school (work day).

St. James

Monday: Fish sticks w/tartar, whole kernel corn, baked apples, whole-wheat roll.

Tuesday: Spaghetti w/meat sauce, mixed greens salad, pears. Wednesday: Meat loaf square, mashed potatoes, mixed fruit, green beans, wheat roll. Thursday: Scrambled eggs, Smokies, petite peas, oranges. Friday: Taco pizza, broccoli, pineapple tidbits, pumpkin cookie.

Highland

Monday: Veggie bar, offered daily (MS, HS), turkey & cheese deli wrap, lettuce/ranch, baked beans, crisp carrots, sliced apples, rice w/cinnamon & sugar. Tuesday: Pizza bake, WG bread stick, steamed broccoli, purple grapes, strawberry yogurt (HS). Wednesday: Chicken noodle soup, crackers, steamed carrots, celery sticks/ranch, kiwi, diced peaches, cereal mix. Thursday: Beef taco bake/lettuce, delicious corn, diced pears, vanilla pudding, bread stick (HS). Friday: Pork tenderloin, WG bun, California blend, sliced cucumbers, warm sliced apples, cottage cheese (HS).

Iowa Mennonite School

Monday: Pig in a blanket, sweet potato wedges, red pepper strips, steamed broccoli w/cheese, apple slices, Jell-O cup. Tuesday: Caesar chicken wrap, Spanish rice, baby carrots & cucumbers w/hummus dip, mixed melon. Wednesday: Spaghetti & meat sauce, garden spinach salad, garlic bread, celery sticks & P.B., red & green grapes. Thursday: Taco salad, tortilla chips & salsa, refried beans, cinnamon puff, pineapple & oranges. Friday: Sloppy joe on bun, whole grain chips, sweet potato puffs, baked beans, fruit choice.

Mid-Prairie

WACO

Monday: Chef salad (offered daily, HS) or teriyaki beef, brown rice, winter blend, cherry tomatoes, fruit cocktail. Tuesday: Cheddarwurst/bun, tater rounds, fresh broccoli, honeydew melon. Wednesday: Barbecued pork/bun, shoestring french fries, baby carrots, frozen fruit. Thursday: Ravioli w/meat sauce, spinach salad, Texas toast, peaches. Friday: Chicken burrito w/cheese sauce, refried beans, Mexicali corn salsa, pears.

Monday: Hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes/gravy, green beans, peaches, ice cream cup. Tuesday: Cubed Swiss steak w/green pepper & tomato, oven-browned potatoes, spinach, wheat bread, fruited gelatin. Wednesday: Chicken noodle casserole, broccoli Normandy, wheat bread, fruit cup, frosted cake. Thursday: Barbecued ribette/bun, cheesy hash brown casserole, mixed vegetables, apricots, cookie. Friday: Baked ham, sweet potatoes, spinach, wheat bread, fresh fruit.
