Washington Community High School

Monday: Vegetable bar (served daily), chicken tetrazzini, steamed carrots, strawberries, fresh whole grain bread stick. Tuesday: Pork rib on a bun or grilled chicken sandwich on a bun, romaine & tomato, multigrain Sun chips, steamed asparagus, fresh kiwi. Wednesday (1:10 dismissal, prof. development): Lasagna, California blend vegetables, fresh apple, fresh whole grain garlic bread. Thursday: Baked chicken drumstick or pork roast w/apples, savory rice, steamed corn, fresh fruit cup, fresh whole grain oatmeal roll. Friday: Fish fillet on a bun or pork tenderloin on a bun, potato wedges, marinated vegetable salad, baked beans, fresh grapes, snickerdoodle.

St. James

Monday: Barbecued turkey burger, creamy coleslaw, pears. Tuesday: Meatball sub sandwich, seasoned oven-baked fries, peaches. Wednesday: Chicken & noodles, honey glazed carrots, fresh mini apples, peanut butter cookie. Thursday: Sloppy joe on bun, sweet potato puffs, fruit salad. Friday: Potato crusted fish fillet, green beans, mandarin oranges, brownie.

Highland

Monday: Veggie bar (MS, HS) & fresh fruit bowl (HS) served daily, turkey burger, whole grain bun, mashed potatoes/butter, crisp carrots, orange smiles, Rice Krispie treats. Tuesday: Goulash, WG bread stick, steamed green beans, grapes, cottage cheese (HS). Wednesday: Wiener wink, baked beans, steamed corn, fresh fruit salad, Sun chips (HS). Thursday: Beef & bean nachos, WG tortilla chips, cheese sauce, lettuce/salsa, diced squash, applesauce, Spanish rice (HS). Friday: Cheese pizza, spinach & romaine salad, ranch/French salad dressing, chunky pineapple, animal crackers.

Iowa Mennonite School

Monday: Mandarin orange chicken, brown rice, beans, garden spinach salad, orange, WW roll & butter. Tuesday: Skillet omelet, tri-taters, green beans, orange juice, WW bread & butter. Wednesday: Barbecued meatballs, mashed potatoes, dinner roll, baked beans, banana. Thursday: Bean & cheese enchilada, rice, steamed broccoli, Mexicali corn, peaches. Monday: Chef salad (offered daily, HS) or chicken strips, twice-baked potato, cheese sauce & sour cream, broccoli, wheat roll, peaches. Tuesday: Taco salad: meat, cheese, WG chips; lettuce mix, refried beans, grape tomatoes, pineapple. Wednesday: Rib /WG bun, cooked carrots, fresh broccoli, pears. Thursday: Fish sandwich, WG macaroni & cheese, peas, banana. Friday: Ham & cheese on a pretzel, lettuce mix, green peppers, strawberries.

Senior Dining

Wellman — Goodwin Senior Dining Center

Monday: Hot turkey, mashed potatoes/gravy, stewed tomatoes, peaches, ice cream. Tuesday: Sausage gravy, biscuit, scrambled eggs, fruit, coffeecake. Wednesday: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes/gravy, spinach, strawberry/banana Jell-O, chocolate cake. Thursday: Little Smokiest, macaroni & cheese, green beans, Bishop’s pie. Friday: Meatloaf, baked potato half, lima beans, oranges, oatmeal bar.
