Miller wins grand prize
Nicole Miller, 16, of Ainsworth brought home the grand prize trophy and $500 presented at the first Southeastern Community College's Talent Spectacular Variety Show Friday, March 1. Miller is the daughter of Dwight and Michelle Miller. She is a student at Highland High School.
Miller won by singing “Crazy Dreams,” a Carrie Underwood song. The contest was held at the Capitol Theater in Burlington. She competed against 11 other finalists for the top honor. She hopes to audition for "American Idol" and "The Voice" in the future.
