Rustin and Libby Nelson of Urbandale, are the proud parents of a daughter, Hattie Jeanne, born Jan. 30, at Iowa Methodist Hospital.

Hattie weighed 8 pounds, 13 ounces and was 21 inches long at birth. She has a brother, Emmett Robert.

Grandparents are Robert and Doris Nelson of Wayland and Frank and Pat Rottinghaus of Charles City.

Great-grandmother is Myndell Boshart of Wayland and great-grandfather is William Brennan of Spencer.
