Bradford Lee Lucas, 18, of Ainsworth, was arrested Monday morning in the 2200 block of Yucca Avenue in Ainsworth for simple assault, two counts of serious domestic assault, felony domestic assault, and simple domestic assault.
Jennifer Leigh Davis, 32, of Mediapolis, was arrested Monday night in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington for failure to appear for trial on a charge of driving under suspension.
Charges were filed Monday on Jean Marie Koshatka, 53, of Wellman for possession of a controlled substance – marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Charges of dissemination of obscene materials were filed April 10 on Caleb Dylan Peterson, 12, of Washington; Jasmine Savanah Erickson, 12, of Washington; Lillian Paige Goodwin, 11, of Washington; Nathan Lynn Beenblossom, 12, of Washington; and Kaitlyn Sayre, 12, of Washington.
A caller in the 500 block of Highway 1 in Washington reported Monday morning that her vehicle was involved in a hit and run accident. Damage was under $1,500. The incident was documented.
A vehicle accident was reported Monday afternoon at Highway 218 and 135th Street in Riverside. Officers responded. Stephanie Orte was cited for failure to maintain control.
A disabled vehicle was reported Monday afternoon in the 400 block of East Van Buren Street in Washington. The tires were chalked.
A subject was reported hitchhiking Monday afternoon at Spruce Avenue and Old White Way in Washington. Officers were advised. The incident was documented.
Two vehicles were reported on a mud road in the 1600 block of 120th Street in Wellman Monday evening. Officers responded. The vehicles were gone on officers’ arrival.
A fire was reported in a ditch Monday night at 295th Street and Highway 218 in Crawfordsville. Crawfordsville Fire Department was unable to locate.
All other thefts
A cell phone charger, GPS charger and an auxiliary cable were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 300 block of South D Avenue in Washington. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington reported Monday night that a subject who was staying with her took some of her items and left the residence a mess. Officers spoke with the caller.
A caller in the 1700 block of Baker Street in West Branch reported Monday evening her sister was calling and harassing her. Officers spoke with both parties and advised them to leave each other alone.
A caller in the 1100 block of South B Avenue in Washington reported Monday evening some people were threatening to harm her daughter at school. Officers spoke with all parties involved.
A large bag of trash was reported in the ditch in the 2100 block of Hemlock Avenue in West Chester Monday afternoon. County Roads was contacted.

An intoxicated subject was reported at a residence in the 600 block of North Second Avenue in Washington Monday evening. Officers responded. The subject left the residence.
Family offense non violent
A caller in the 1100 block of Eighth Avenue in Wellman reported Friday evening he and his girlfriend were in a dispute. An unknown subject had made a threat to the caller over the phone. The female party had left the residence. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 700 block of South Ninth Avenue in Washington reported Saturday evening that her 13-year-old stepson left the residence without permission. The child later returned home.
An officer was requested Monday morning in the 300 block of South Fourth Avenue in Washington for a family situation that was reported to the office. The incident is under investigation.
A caller in the 400 block of West Main Street in Washington reported Saturday afternoon that they had a juvenile who was court ordered to be at their facility that left his home residence during a home visit. Officers located the juvenile. He was returned to his residence.
A caller in the 100 block of South Sixth Street in Kalona reported Monday night that his daughter has been missing since prior to Thanksgiving. The caller believed she might be in Kalona. Officers responded and spoke with a subject. The subject advised 13 people were living at the residence and the missing subject is not one of them. The subject refused to let officers look.
Suspicious items were reported located Friday afternoon in the 1600 block of Cedar Avenue in Wellman. The incident was documented.
Subjects were reported selling pizzas door-to-door Saturday afternoon in the 300 block of Fifth Street in Wellman. It was for a school function. No problem.
A subject was reported in the 300 block of West Madison Street in Washington Sunday afternoon drinking a can of beer in the bathroom. Officers responded. The subject was banned from the store.
A caller in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington reported Monday afternoon that a subject that had stayed with her for a week was refusing to leave and was taking the caller’s belongings. The incident was documented.
A possible violation of a no-contact order was reported Monday night on Parkside Estates Road in Washington. The incident is under investigation.
A caller in the 1900 block of 190th Street in Wellman reported Sunday afternoon seeing a tornado touch down. Weather spotters from Wellman, Kalona and Riverside were paged out. No confirmed sighting. The National Weather Service was calling the sighting a scud cloud.
