Brian Douglas Dobbs, 30, of Riverside, was arrested Monday afternoon in the 200 block of East Washington Street in Riverside for public intoxication.
David Keith Wilson, 37, of Crawfordsville, was arrested Monday evening in the 300 block of North Chestnut Street in Crawfordsville for domestic abuse assault causing injury.
An officer reported Monday morning being out with a semi in the 1100 block of Enterprise Drive in Riverside. The semi had been reported losing lumber earlier. The incident was documented.
A subject was reported Monday afternoon putting out a fire in the 600 block of Highway 1 in Washington. Officers responded. It was a small grass fire and was stomped out.
A gas smell was reported Monday evening in the 2200 block of 250th Street in Washington. Washington Fire Department, officers and Alliant Energy responded.

A caller in the 400 block of West Washington Street in Brighton reported Monday afternoon that a bright light from a neighbor’s house shown in a window at night. The incident was documented.
Three horses were reported out on the highway Monday morning in the 1900 block of Highway 92 in Washington. More were trying to get through an open gate. Officers and the Iowa State Patrol responded. The horses were put back. The owners were made aware of loose animals.
A calf was reported missing from a feedlot in the 1300 block of 310th Street in Brighton Monday morning. The caller later advised the calf was located.
A subject was reported playing loud music Monday night in the 300 block of West Washington Street in Washington. Officers responded. The music was turned down on officers’ arrival.

A caller in the 1100 block of South B Avenue in Washington reported Monday afternoon that a 15-year-old subject had left the school on foot. Officers located the subject and returned him to school.
A caller in the 1100 block of South B Avenue in Washington reported Monday afternoon that two subjects left in a van.
A caller in the 3100 block of Highway 92 in Ainsworth reported Monday night a subject had come into the store multiple times in 20 minutes and made her feel uncomfortable. Officers were unable to locate the subject.
