Christina Marie Null, 37, of Washington, was arrested Friday morning in the 800 block of North Eighth Avenue in Washington on a warrant for aiding and abetting violation of a no-contact order.
Heather Ann Nichols, 41, of Washington, was arrested Friday afternoon in the 500 block of South Highway 1 in Washington on a warrant for failure to appear on three counts of contempt refusal/failure to pay fine or costs.
Justin Alan Evans, 32, of Washington, was arrested Friday afternoon in the 500 block of East Madison Street in Brighton for possession of a controlled substance.
Kevin Robert Toman, 32, of Washington, was arrested Friday night on Highway 218 in Riverside on a Linn County warrant for failure to appear and pay child support.
Ashley Nicole Randall, 22, of Washington, was arrested Saturday morning in the 500 block of South Seventh Avenue in Washington for domestic assault.
William Lyle Morgan, 24, of Washington, was arrested Saturday morning in the 800 block of South Marion Avenue in Washington for possession of a controlled substance.
Maurice Jones, 46, of Washington, was arrested Saturday morning at West Jefferson Street and C Avenue in Washington for public intoxication.
Anthony James Williams, 43, of Iowa City, was arrested Sunday morning in the 3100 block of Highway 22 in Riverside for fourth-degree theft.
Charges of disorderly conduct were filed Thursday on Brittany Storm Lomaneck, 14, of Washington, Odalis Elaine Zamudio, 14, of Washington, and Kelly Ann Payne, 13, of Washington.
A caller reported Friday afternoon backing into another vehicle in the 1500 block of East Washington Street in Washington. Information was exchanged.
A caller in the 800 block of Monroe Street in Washington reported Friday evening a vehicle drove past her residence with a subject riding on the hood. Officers located the vehicle.
Two four-wheel drive pickups were reported outside of a residence in the 3200 block of 230th Street in Ainsworth Saturday morning. The vehicles tore up the roadway. Officers responded.
Loud juveniles and mud running were reported Sunday morning at Spruce and 270th Street in Washington. Officers were unable to locate.
A finishing barn was reported on fire Sunday night in the 2000 block of 180th Street in Wellman. Hogs were reported inside the barn. Kalona Fire, Washington Fire, Wellman Fire, Washington County Rescue, Washington County Ambulance, West Chester QRS, officers and Alliant responded. The fire was extinguished.
Officers reported Saturday night being out with a vehicle in the 2500 block of 305th Street in Washington. Charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia are pending.

A caller in the 200 block of West Madison Street in Washington reported Friday afternoon a customer had rented $400 worth of product and was refusing to return it. Officers responded. The incident is under investigation.
A caller in the 400 block of East Seventh Street in Washington reported Saturday morning that her ex-boyfriend possibly came to her house and took her stereo. The incident was documented.
A caller reported Saturday afternoon going to his cabin in the 2900 block of Dogwood Avenue in Brighton to retrieve an industrial size stainless steel sink and it was gone. The incident was documented.
Someone reportedly took the keys to a vehicle in the 400 block of East Monroe Street in Washington Saturday afternoon. The incident was documented.
A gas drive-off in the amount of $27.12 was reported Sunday evening in the 1000 block of West Madison Street in Washington. Dispatch contacted the owner who returned and paid.
A caller in the 500 block of Sixth Street in Wellman reported Friday morning receiving numerous text messages pertaining to owed money. Officers spoke with the caller.
A caller in the 500 block of North Marion Avenue in Washington reported Sunday night that two girls came to his door demanding to speak with his 13-year-old daughter and they weren’t supposed to have contact due to a prior incident at the middle school. They were reported making threatening comments. They reportedly left the property. Officers spoke with the caller and his daughter. The other girls were located and officers spoke with the parents. The girls were advised they are not welcome at the address.
Vandalism was reported Saturday evening to a business in the 400 block of B Avenue in Kalona. The incident was documented.
A cherry picker type vehicle was reported sitting in the 500 block of West Washington Boulevard in Washington Friday afternoon. Officers responded. The tires were chalked.
A caller in the 2800 block of Highway 22 in Riverside reported subjects in a truck had thrown tires into a ditch and left. The truck was reported parked at a bank. Officers were unable to locate.
A caller in the 200 block of North Harrison Street in Brighton reported Sunday morning that a subject had shown up at her residence intoxicated and had left in a vehicle. While on 911 the subject returned to the residence. Officers responded. The subject was counseled.
Jonathan Lynn Beckler, 14, of Kalona, was cited Sunday morning at Highway 1 and C Avenue in Kalona for possession of tobacco by a minor.
A vehicle stop was reported Saturday morning at North F Avenue and West Third Street in Washington. A written warning for curfew was issued to two subjects.
Written curfew warnings were issued to four juveniles Sunday morning in the 1100 block of South E Avenue in Washington. Charges are pending on three of the subjects for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A dog was reported being neglected Sunday afternoon in the 900 block of South 11th Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. The incident was documented.

Two subjects were reported messing around with a speed trailer in the 900 block of South 12th Avenue in Washington Sunday evening. Officers responded. Everything was OK with the unit. Officers were unable to locate the subjects.

A caller in the 800 block of South D Avenue in Washington reported an issue with her mother Friday night. Officers responded. Unfounded.
A caller in the 900 block of East Adams Street in Washington reported Friday afternoon receiving a phone call from a subject who seemed confused. Officers responded. No problem.
A welfare check was requested Sunday evening on a subject in the 300 block of East Main Street in Washington. Officers responded. The subject was fine.
A caller in the 200 block of South Marion Avenue in Washington reported Friday morning that a gloved hand had appeared in his window. Officers were unable to locate anyone.
A caller in the 80 block of First Street in Riverside reported Friday afternoon that two subjects had walked into his residence several times asking how to get to Kirkwood. Officers responded.
A caller in the 400 block of Mather Street in Ainsworth reported Friday evening a subject kept driving past her residence. Officers spoke with all parties.
Needles were reported located Saturday evening in the 900 block of West Third Street in Washington. Officers were unable to locate.
A caller in the 200 block of A Avenue in Kalona reported Sunday morning a subject had crawled onto her deck and turned the handle of her door. Officers responded. The subject had gone to the wrong residence.
