Bawi Run Hum, 25, of Columbus Junction, was arrested Tuesday morning in the 400 block of East Van Buren Street in Washington on charges of domestic abuse assault and child endangerment.
A caller Monday afternoon in the 200 block of First Street in Kalona reported a driving complaint. A red Chevrolet was tailgating and making unsafe passes. An officer stopped the vehicle. The subject was counseled on his driving.
A disabled vehicle was reported Monday evening at Highway 1 and 130th Street in Kalona. An officer checked on the subject.

An officer responded and planned to try to make contact with the victims to see if anything was missing. The information was documented for the moment.
