Christopher Robert Ewalt, 23, of Wellman, was arrested Monday afternoon in the 600 block of Third Street in Wellman on warrants for probation violation on possession of a controlled substance.
Cole Bryant Anderson, 20, of West Branch, was arrested Monday night in the 100 block of West Main Street in West Branch on a Washington County warrant for probation violation on possession of a controlled substance.
Mutual aid for a tanker and grass rig was requested Monday afternoon in the 5700 block of Oakcrest Road in Hills. The mutual aid was later disregarded.
An out-of-control grass fire was reported Monday afternoon in the 1200 block of Jefferson/Washington Road in Brighton. Brighton and Richland fire departments responded. The fire was extinguished.
A field fire was reported Monday afternoon in the 1600 block of Highway 92 in Keota. Washington Fire Department responded. The fire was extinguished.
A field fire was reported Monday afternoon in the 1400 block of Vine Avenue in Riverside. Riverside Fire Department responded. The fire was extinguished.
An out-of-control field fire was reported Monday afternoon in the 1900 block of Underwood Avenue in Ainsworth. Ainsworth and Washington fire departments responded. The fire was extinguished.
A tree was reported burning Monday evening in the 1400 block of Vine Avenue in Riverside. Riverside Fire Department responded.
A caller reported Monday morning that a business in the 3000 block of Highway 22 in Riverside had been broken into over the weekend and several tools had been taken. Officers responded.

A vehicle registration was reported missing from a residence in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 300 block of Fourth Street in Wellman reported Monday night that video games were missing. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 400 block of North Ella Street in Riverside reported Tuesday morning several prescription pills were missing. The caller believed he knows who took them. Officers spoke with both parties. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 500 block of 13th Street in Wellman reported Monday afternoon that the passenger side window of a vehicle had been shattered and a purse was missing. A driver’s license and one credit card was later located in Sunset Park.
A house in the 800 block of West Second Street in Washington reported egged Monday afternoon. The caller had a video of the suspect vehicle. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 200 block of East 15th Street in Washington reported Monday morning receiving harassing text messages. The incident was documented. The caller will call back if the texts continue.
A harassment complaint was received Monday afternoon in the 300 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington. Both parties were advised to keep to themselves.
A caller in the 2500 block of Underwood Avenue in Ainsworth requested to speak with a deputy Monday afternoon in reference to harassment. Officers spoke with the caller. The incident was documented. It is an ongoing civil issue.

A caller in the 2600 block of Wayland Road in Washington reported Monday night that the front door was open upon returning home. Officers responded and checked the residence.
