Lacey Jane (Magner) Bohlen, 28, of Washington, was arrested Monday afternoon in the 300 block of North Marion Avenue in Washington for fifth-degree theft.
Lacey Jane Magner, 28, of Washington, was arrested Monday afternoon in the 200 block of East Third Street in Washington for driving under suspension and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
A vehicle was reported left in a stall in the 300 block of North Marion Avenue in Washington Monday afternoon and the description did not match the license number. The vehicle was towed.
A subject reported Tuesday morning being sexually assaulted in the City of Riverside. The incident was documented.
Officers reported being out on a vehicle stop in the 100 block of South Sixth Street in Kalona. Charges are pending for possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.
A bat was reported flying on the second floor of the library in the 100 block of West Washington Street in Washington Monday afternoon. Officers were unable to locate.
