Michael Lee Davis, 29, of Washington, was arrested Saturday morning in the 500 block of North Second Avenue in Washington for public intoxication.
Robert Gerald McDowell, 52, of Iowa City, was arrested Saturday evening in the 1100 block of Seventh Avenue in Wellman for public intoxication.
Gardelino Montanez, 49, of Washington, was arrested Sunday morning in the 1600 block of North Fifth Avenue in Washington for failure to affix a tax stamp and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
A semi reportedly rolled over on its side at the ramp of Highways 92 and Highway 218 in Ainsworth. Over $1,500 damage was reported. Iowa State Patrol handled the report. The semi was towed.
Nathan Kleopfer, 30, of Washington, was cited Sunday afternoon at South Ninth Avenue and East Van Buren Street in Washington for driving while using an electronic device.
Traffic stop serious
Isrrael Anthony Santiago, 46, of Cedar Rapids, was cited Friday evening in the 1600 block of Highway 22 in Wellman for driving under revocation.
Josh Christopher Coustry, 46, of Tiffin, was cited Saturday morning at East Hickory Street and East Third Street in Riverside for driving under suspension x4. Verbal warnings were given for rear lamp and no proof of insurance.
A vehicle was reported parked illegally Friday morning at West Jackson Street and South Marion Avenue in Washington. Officers cited the vehicle.
A semi was reported blocking a driveway in the 200 block of 10th Street in Wellman. Officers responded. The semi was not parked in the roadway.
A truck with no plates was reported leaking gasoline Sunday evening in the 1500 block of North Second Avenue in Washington. Officers spoke with the owner.
Saturday a vehicle was reported stopped Saturday morning in the 1100 block of South E Avenue in Washington. Charges are pending DCI lab results.
A caller at North Fifth Avenue and East Sixth Street in Washington reported Saturday morning that two subjects assaulted her son. The victim was refusing to report information. The incident was documented.
A caller at South Fourth Avenue and East Madison Street in Washington reported Saturday afternoon being assaulted Friday evening. The incident is under investigation.
A caller in the 100 block of West Fountain Street in Brighton reported Sunday evening that a subject had assaulted him. Officers responded. Donald Eugene Williams, 15, of Brighton, was cited for possession of tobacco. David Carroll Whiteaker, 29, of Brighton, was cited for open container. Further charges are pending if the caller wishes to pursue charges.

A motor was reported stolen off a boat in the 3000 block of Highway 22 in Riverside Saturday morning.
A subject was reported stealing electricity Saturday afternoon in the 3100 block of Highway 22 in Riverside. An electrical cord went from the shed. The subject unplugged the cord and will pay for electricity used. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 700 block of 14th Street in Wellman reported Friday afternoon a subject kept trying to contact her and she had asked him to stop. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 300 block of Ninth Avenue in Wellman reported Friday evening a subject was harassing and threatening him. Officers advised the subjects to have no further contact.
A caller in the 1600 block of North Fifth Avenue in Washington reported Sunday evening a subject was harassing her mother. Officers responded and advised subjects to have no further contact.
Gia Ann Gray, 45, of Washington, was arrested Sunday evening in the 2700 block of Coppock Road in Washington for possession with intent to deliver marijuana and failure to affix a tax stamp.
A subject in the 600 block of South Fourth Avenue in Washington was reported out of control Friday evening. Officers responded. The subjects were calm on officers’ arrival and will separate for the evening.
Assistance was requested Saturday afternoon in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington for an inmate who refused to go into lockdown. He wrapped a sheet around his foot and was being disobedient.
A subject was reportedly yelling at the caller’s 5-year-old son Saturday evening in the 200 block of A Avenue in Kalona. Officers responded.

Liquor law violation
Laramie Wyatt Crone, 19, of Washington, was cited Saturday night at Sockum Ridge Road and Red Oak Avenue in Crawfordsville for possession of alcohol under the legal age. Nathan Andrew Ross, 18, of Washington, was cited at the same time and location for possession of alcohol under the legal age.
A deputy reported being out with two subjects at East Washington Street and North Van Buren Street in Brighton Saturday morning. Verbal warnings were given for curfew.
A verbal warning was given to a subject in the 100 block of E Avenue in Kalona Sunday morning for curfew violation.

A subject reportedly drove wood into the door locks of a building at Second Street and 10th Avenue in Wellman Friday morning making the caller unable to have access to moving their truck. Officers were unable to locate anyone at the business. The incident was documented.
Several subjects were reported sitting on a jeep Saturday night in the 200 block of Sixth Street in Kalona. Officers were unable to locate.
Family offense non violent
An officer was requested Saturday evening in the 1000 block of North Fifth Avenue in Washington to assist the caller getting her belongings from the car. Officers responded.
A caller in the 200 block of East Main Street in Washington reported Saturday evening having an issue with her son. Officers responded. The problem was resolved.
