Benjamin Philip Asbury, 27, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday afternoon at G26 in Washington for failure to appear on a charge of driving under suspension.
A vehicle reportedly struck a building in the 200 block of West Madison Street in Washington in the drive through area. The incident was documented.
An accident was reported Tuesday morning at Highway 22 and Kiwi Avenue in Kalona. One subject was injured and another was trapped. Officers, Kalona QRS, Kalona Fire and Rescue and Washington County Ambulance responded. One subject was transported to Mercy Hospital in Iowa City. Charges are pending.

A gas drive-off in the amount of $30.11 was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 1500 block of East Washington Street in Washington. Officers responded. The driver advised he would return and pay. The incident was documented.
A digital camera was reported stolen Tuesday afternoon in the 200 block of Railroad Street in Ainsworth. Officers spoke with the caller. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 100 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington reported Tuesday morning a subject harassed her at her place of employment, making inaccurate accusations. The incident was documented.
About six bags of trash were reported Tuesday afternoon on a property in the 2300 block of Palm Avenue in Washington. Officers spoke with the owner, who will remove the trash.
About 20 sheep were reported on the roadway at 190th Street and Nutmeg Avenue in Washington Tuesday morning. Officers responded. A message was left for the owner.
A barking dog was reported Tuesday evening in the 500 block of North Marion Avenue in Washington. Officers responded.
All other offenses
A subject reportedly ran a stop sign Tuesday morning at South Iowa Avenue and Van Buren Street in Washington. Officers were unable to locate.
A welfare check was requested Tuesday afternoon on a subject in the 500 block of Iowa Avenue in Washington that the caller had been unable to contact for weeks. Officers responded. The subject was fine.
