Ryan Allen Craig, 19, of Iowa City, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 300 block of West Center Street in Cambridge, Ill., on a Washington County warrant for failure to appear for mittimus on an original charge of possession of marijuana.
Benjamin Philip Asbury, 28, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday evening at South Marion Avenue and West Jefferson Street in Washington for failure to appear on a charge of failure to pay child support.
A two-vehicle accident was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 100 block of North Marion Avenue in Washington. Raquel Roberts of Ainsworth was cited for unsafe backing.

A caller reported Tuesday afternoon that his vehicle was sitting on Palm Street north of Highway 92. The caller believed the vehicle was taken Sunday night in the 700 block of East Fourth Street in Washington. A report will be filed.

A caller in the 1200 block of Hoot Owl Hollow in Keota reported Wednesday morning that he called the father of his stepson and threatened to involve law enforcement if he didn’t stop harassing the caller’s wife. Officers spoke with the caller. The incident was documented.

A subject was reported burning rubber Tuesday evening in the 1000 block of East Third Street in Washington. Officers responded. The subject removed the item from the fire.
A suspicious vehicle was reported Friday afternoon in the 2500 block of Highway 1 in Washington. Officers spoke with the subjects, who were under the bridge fishing for bait. They moved the vehicle.
A caller in the 1300 block of North Second Avenue in Washington reported Friday afternoon that a subject kept calling her from an unknown number and talking inappropriately. Officers spoke with the subject. He was in Washington, D.C. and advised to stop making inappropriate calls.
A subject was reported dressed all in black and was skateboard northbound at E Avenue and Highway 1 in Kalona Friday evening. Officers responded. No problem.
A caller in the 2500 block of Underwood Avenue in Ainsworth requested extra patrol Monday afternoon due to threats made to her from her brother. The incident was documented.
