Konnor Starkey Meth, 21, of Sperry, was arrested Wednesday morning in the 200 block of East Washington Street in Washington for third-degree sexual abuse.
A vehicle vs. deer accident was reported Wednesday evening at Highway 22 and Paradise lane in Kalona. Officers were advised.
A caller in the 1500 block of 335th Street in Brighton reported Wednesday night that someone was ringing his doorbell and he was afraid to see who it was. Officers responded. It was a subject who was involved in a one-vehicle accident and went to the residence to ask for assistance.
A rollover accident was reported Thursday morning at Highway 1 and Kiwi Avenue in Washington. One passenger was ejected from the van. Two patients were transported to the Washington County Hospital. Charges are pending.
Traffic stop serious
Shawna Marie Bensmiller, 43, of Sigourney, was cited Wednesday afternoon at Sixth Street and First Avenue in Wellman for driving under suspension and speeding.
A school bus stop arm violation was reported Wednesday afternoon in the 1500 block of East Washington Street in Washington. The incident is under investigation.

A vehicle was reported Thursday morning in the 300 block of West Street in West Chester doing burnouts. Officers were unable to locate.
Subjects in the 600 block of North B Avenue in Washington reportedly had a fire going Wednesday morning with no one in attendance. Officers responded and found burning garbage in the middle of the yard. Officers spoke with the subjects and they were told to put the fire out.
Motor vehicle theft
A truck was reported stolen Wednesday afternoon at Fifth Street and A Place in Kalona. The vehicle was later located and returned to the owner.
A caller in the 400 block of East Main Street in Washington reported Wednesday evening that the father of her 9-year-old son continually calls and texts her after she asked him to stop. Officers spoke with both parties.
A caller in the 1100 block of Second Street in Wellman reported Thursday morning a subject he previously had a no-contact order with harassing him. Now that the order was lifted, she won’t leave him alone. Officers left a voicemail for the suspect to call in. The incident was documented.
Someone was reported trying to get into a residence in the 500 block of North B Avenue in Washington Wednesday morning. Officers responded.

An officer was requested Monday afternoon in the 200 block of South Iowa Avenue in Washington in reference to suspicious activity. Officers spoke with all parties involved. The parties will handle it themselves.

A subject was reported lurking around a residence in the 200 block of Angle Street in Brighton Wednesday night. Officers were unable to locate.
A caller in the 300 block of North Fourth Avenue in Washington reported Friday afternoon taking a vehicle for a test drive at noon and not returning. Officers spoke with the caller. It was a civil matter. Officers later located the vehicle and the driver was arrested for driving under suspension.
