Destiny Renee Bell, 21, of Kalona, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 100 block of B Avenue in Kalona for delivery of a controlled substance, conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance, and delivery of a controlled substance.
Dillon Warren Decker, 19, of Kalona, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 200 block of A Avenue in Kalona for conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance and drug tax stamp violation.
Ralph Edward Campbell, 55, of Kalona, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 100 block of South Sixth Street in Kalona for assault.
Thomas Michael Peat, 68, of Washington, was arrested Thursday evening in the 1000 block of West Madison Street in Washington for public intoxication.
A truck was reportedly in an accident Thursday morning at 220th and Redwood Avenue in Washington. Officers, Washington County Ambulance, Washington County Rescue and Iowa State Patrol responded. One subject was ejected from the vehicle. The subject was transported to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
A two-vehicle accident was reported Thursday afternoon at West Madison Street and South B Avenue in Washington. Officers and Washington County Ambulance responded. John Duwa of Wellman was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.
A caller reported Thursday afternoon being stuck in the underpass on North Second Avenue in Washington. Officers, Washington County Ambulance and Washington County Rescue responded.
Damage was reported to a vehicle in the 1700 block of Vine Avenue in Riverside Thursday evening. Officers spoke with all parties involved. There was no proof it was done intentionally. The incident was documented.
A hog building was reported on fire Thursday morning in the 2800 block of Yucca Avenue in Crawfordsville. Ainsworth Fire, Crawfordsville Fire, Kalona Fire, Washington Fire, Riverside Fire, Conesville Fire, Winfield Fire, and Columbus Junction Fire all responded.
An officer reported locating drug items Thursday morning in the 400 block of North Grant Street in Crawfordsville. Charges are pending lab results.
An officer reported Thursday afternoon checking on a residence in the 100 block of Fifth Street in Kalona. A report will be filed. Charges are pending for drug paraphernalia.
An officer reported Thursday afternoon being out at a residence in the 100 block of South Sixth Street in Kalona. Charges are pending for possession of a controlled substance.
A suspicious item was reported located in the 80 block of West Second Street in Riverside. Charges are pending lab results for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

A gas drive-off in the amount of $25 was reported Thursday morning in the 300 block of West Madison Street in Washington. The incident was documented.
A subject in the 200 block of A Avenue in Kalona reported Friday morning her stairs were stolen. Officers responded and located the steps at a neighboring residence. There was a misunderstanding. The subject was advised not to take the steps again.
A caller in the 100 block of North Taylor Street in Brighton reported Thursday morning that several people were harassing him. He said he had previously spoken with an officer and was advised not to worry about it. Officers spoke with the caller. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 2600 block of Wayland Road in Washington reported Thursday evening that a subject kept texting and calling his cell phone. Officers left a message for the subject to call.
A caller in the 300 block of North C Avenue in Washington reported Thursday morning that a neighbor’s dog attacked their dog. Officers responded. The incident is under investigation. Charges are pending. The dog will be confiscated and declared vicious. A letter for vicious animal will be sent to the owner.
A caller in the 400 block of Lincoln Street in Ainsworth reported Thursday morning that puppies were getting out of the neighbor’s yard. Officers responded and spoke with the caller and owner of the puppies.
A black dog was reported in the roadway Thursday morning at Fir Avenue and 250th Street in Washington stopping traffic. Officers spoke with the owner.
A bat was reported in a residence in the 400 block of West Madison Street in Washington Thursday evening. Officers responded and assisted.

A caller in the 600 block of South Fourth Avenue in Washington requested assistance Thursday afternoon. Officers responded.
Suspicious activity was reported Thursday afternoon in the 700 block of Fourth Avenue in Wellman. Officers spoke with the caller.
A caller in the 600 block of South Seventh Avenue in Washington reported Thursday afternoon finding a suspicious item in her vehicle. The incident was documented.
A subject was reported skateboarding at First Street and E Avenue in Kalona Thursday afternoon. The subject was given a verbal warning.
A welfare check was requested Thursday afternoon on a subject in the 100 block of South Jefferson Street in Brighton. Officers contacted the subject. No problem.
