Frank Edward Osborn Jr., 50, of Washington, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 700 block of East Second Street in Washington for assault causing bodily injury.
Terry Lee Bender, 32, of Riverside, was arrested Wednesday evening in the 4500 block of Melrose Avenue in Iowa City on a Washington County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Matthew Mark Smith, 19, of Brighton, was arrested Wednesday evening in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington for unlawful possession of prescription drugs.
A two-vehicle accident was reported Wednesday morning at South D Avenue and West Jefferson Street in Washington. Over $1,500 damage was reported. Wendy Miller of Washington was cited for failure to obey a stop sign.

A caller in the 400 block of South Fourth Avenue in Washington reported the possible abuse of her daughter’s friend Wednesday afternoon.
