Arrests
Stuart James Netolicky, 35, of Wellman, was arrested Saturday afternoon at Third and Ninth in Wellman for OWI.

Traffic accidents
A vehicle vs. pole accident was reported Friday morning at Highways 1 and 92 in Washington. Officers responded. Over $1,500 damage was reported.
An accident was reported Friday morning at Schnoebelen Street and Highway 22 in Riverside. Information was exchanged. The incident was documented.
A two-vehicle accident was reported Friday morning in the 700 block of 14th Street in Kalona. Officers responded. Over $1,500 damage was reported.
A car vs. dump truck accident was reported Friday morning at Highways 1 and 22 in Kalona. Celia Marie Hostetler of Kalona was cited for failure to maintain control.
A car vs. ditch accident was reported Friday morning in the 1000 block of Highway 92 in Keota. Over $1,500 damage was reported.
A semi vs. car accident was reported Friday afternoon at Highway 1 and Johnson/Washington Road in Kalona. Officers and the Iowa State Patrol responded. No injuries.
An officer reported Saturday morning being out with a vehicle that appeared to have been in an accident at North C Avenue and West Fifth Street in Washington. The vehicle was towed.
A caller reported hitting a deer Saturday evening in the 1100 block of Vine Avenue in Riverside. Officers responded.
A vehicle vs. 20-mph sign accident was reported Saturday morning in the 100 block of Cedar Street in West Chester. Officers responded.

Traffic other
An erratic driver was reported following a subject Saturday morning at Highway 1 and A Avenue in Kalona. Officers stopped the vehicle. The driver was made aware of the complaint.
A vehicle was reported parked in the backyard of a residence in the 700 block of North Fourth Avenue in Washington Saturday evening. Officers located the owner. The vehicle was moved.
A parking complaint was reported Sunday night in the 200 block of East Main Street in Washington. Two vehicles were reported parked over the sidewalk. Officers spoke with a subject who contacted the owner.

Assault
A caller in the 500 block of South Third Avenue in Washington reported Sunday morning that a subject had been assaulted and was unconscious. Officers and Washington County Ambulance responded. No assault had occurred.
A domestic assault was reported Sunday afternoon in the 500 block of South Third Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. Verbal only.

Fraud
A caller in the 2400 block of Highway 92 in Washington reported Friday afternoon the theft of her payroll check. The incident is under investigation.

Vandalism
The windows were reported smashed out of a vehicle in the 200 block of South Airport Road in Washington. Officers responded. A report will be filed.

Intimidation/harassment
A caller in the 500 block of East Seventh Street in Washington reported Friday morning being in fear for his safety from a harassing subject from a previous incident. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 500 block of 13th Street in Wellman requested Friday afternoon to speak with a deputy in regard to her ex-husband sending her harassing texts. Officers spoke with the other party.
A caller in the 1300 block of East Third Street in Washington reported Friday afternoon a subject was harassing him. The incident is under investigation.
A caller in the 100 block of South Marion Avenue in Washington reported problems with a client Friday evening. Officers contacted the other party who was advised to have no further contact. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 600 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington reported Saturday afternoon his stepson was receiving harassing phone calls. The caller was advised to have no further contact.

Disorderly conduct
A subject was reported being disorderly Saturday afternoon in the 800 block of South Second Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. The subject calmed down.

Trespass
Subjects were reported on a property in the 1900 block of Larch Avenue in Washington Sunday afternoon and the caller did not want them there. The caller asked them to leave and they refused. Officers responded. The subjects had left on officers’ arrival.

Animal complaints
A caller in the 3000 block of 175th Street in Riverside reported Friday morning hearing gunshots and that there was a dead deer lying at her front door. Several subjects in a pickup were reported. The DNR was notified.
Hunters were reported shooting off the roadway Saturday morning in the 1000 block of Ginkgo Avenue in Wellman. Two trucks were reported. Officers located the subjects. No proof that they were shooting off the roadway. They were made aware of the complaint.
A caller reported hearing a dog in distress Saturday night at South Sixth Avenue and East Van Buren Street in Washington. Officers were unable to locate.

DP&Q
A caller reported Sunday morning hearing screaming and yelling coming from an apartment in the 200 block of East Main Street in Washington. Officers responded. The issue was resolved.
A domestic situation was reported Sunday morning in the 300 block of West Washington Boulevard in Washington. Officers responded. The subjects were watching a movie and it was loud.
A second complaint was made Sunday morning on screaming and yelling in the 300 block of West Washington Boulevard in Washington. Officers responded and advised the subjects that one more complaint will result in arrest.
All other offenses
A cell phone was reported lost Saturday afternoon in the 500 block of Highway 1 in Washington.

Suspicious activity
A suspicious item was reported found in a residence in the 800 block of South Marion Avenue in Washington Sunday night. The caller will speak to her son about the item. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 1400 block of West Main Street in Washington reported Monday morning that someone kept ringing his doorbell. Officers were unable to locate anyone.

Welfare check
A welfare check was requested Friday afternoon in the 200 block of Washington Street in Ainsworth. Officers responded. The subject was fine.
A subject was reported Friday afternoon in the 3300 block of Fir Avenue in Brighton walking northbound and wearing jeans and a T-shirt. Officers were unable to locate.
A welfare check was requested Saturday morning in the 2600 block of 135th Street in Riverside. The caller later advised the subject had returned home.
A caller reported Sunday morning that a subject in the 700 block of C Avenue in Kalona had a red light on, indicating assistance was needed. Officers responded. The subject was fine.
