Stuart James Netolicky, 35, of Wellman, was arrested Saturday afternoon at Third and Ninth in Wellman for OWI.
A vehicle vs. pole accident was reported Friday morning at Highways 1 and 92 in Washington. Officers responded. Over $1,500 damage was reported.

Subjects were reported on a property in the 1900 block of Larch Avenue in Washington Sunday afternoon and the caller did not want them there. The caller asked them to leave and they refused. Officers responded. The subjects had left on officers’ arrival.
A caller in the 3000 block of 175th Street in Riverside reported Friday morning hearing gunshots and that there was a dead deer lying at her front door. Several subjects in a pickup were reported. The DNR was notified.
Hunters were reported shooting off the roadway Saturday morning in the 1000 block of Ginkgo Avenue in Wellman. Two trucks were reported. Officers located the subjects. No proof that they were shooting off the roadway. They were made aware of the complaint.
