A two-vehicle accident was reported Thursday morning in the 200 block of South Iowa Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. Information was exchanged.
A vehicle reportedly hit a parked car Thursday afternoon in the 600 block of West Monroe Street in Washington. Officers responded.
A two-vehicle accident was reported Thursday evening at North Highways 1 and 92 in Washington. Officers responded and were unable to locate the vehicles involved in the accident.
A disabled vehicle was reported in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington. The vehicle was towed.
A vehicle was reported on fire Friday morning at Highway 218 in Riverside. Riverside Fire Department and officers responded. The fire was extinguished. The caller advised the Iowa State patrol made contact with the registered owner to have the vehicle removed.
Motor vehicle theft
A vehicle was reported stolen Thursday afternoon in the 600 block of Eighth Avenue in Wellman. Officers responded. The caller’s sister had taken the vehicle with the mother’s permission. The parties were working out a resolution.
A deputy was requested in the 400 block of South Mechanic Street in Brighton Thursday afternoon in reference to someone accessing the caller’s bank account on three occasions. The caller had spoken with the bank and they had been able to retrieve the money from two of the three transactions. The incident was documented.
A subject was reported yelling loudly at his dog Thursday afternoon in the 200 block of A Avenue in Kalona. Officers were advised. The caller was advised to call during the issue.
All other offenses
An abandoned bicycle was reported Thursday morning in the 1200 block of North Third Avenue in Washington. It was taken to the bike shed.

Officers reported Thursday afternoon being en route to the 300 block of North B Avenue in Washington to assist the Department of Human Services. Officers responded. The incident was documented.
