Jessy Lee Armstrong, 20, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 900 block of South Fourth Avenue in Washington for fifth-degree theft.
Zachary Job, 19, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington for fifth-degree theft.
Gage David Ruenger, 19, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday evening in the 400 block of North B Avenue in Washington for public intoxication and possession of alcohol under the legal age.
Charges were filed Tuesday afternoon on Aaron Lucas Williams, 13, of Brighton for criminal mischief, second-degree arson, reckless use of fire or explosives, explosive or incendiary materials or devices, and witness tampering.
A caller in the 600 block of Third Street in Wellman reported Tuesday afternoon backing out of a driveway and hitting a parked vehicle. Information was exchanged.

A vehicle vs. deer accident was reported Tuesday evening in the 3100 block of Wayland road in Wayland. Damage was reported to the front bumper, front quarter panel and hood. The vehicle was drivable. The incident was documented.
Smoke was reported coming from a cottage in the 200 block of Pleasantview Circle in Kalona Tuesday afternoon. Kalona Fire and Kalona QRS responded. The fire was extinguished.

A smaller homemade trailer with a bumper hitch was reported stolen Tuesday morning from a residence in the 1600 block of Juniper Avenue in Wellman. The trailer was entered into the system as stolen.
A subject was reported in the 90 block of North Washington Street in Washington who was abusive and threatening others. The parties were separated for the night.
A caller in the 100 block of East Seventh Street in Washington reported Tuesday evening that the neighbor’s dog came into their yard and chased after kids when they took their dogs outside. It was a recurring issue. Officers spoke with the owner.
Dogs in a residence in the 300 block of Center Street in West Chester were reported barking Wednesday morning. Officers spoke with the owner. A verbal warning was given.
Family offense non violent
A caller in the 300 block of Fourth Street in Wellman reported Tuesday evening her brother had a trailer full of her stuff and would not return it. He had already burnt some of it. The subject was cleaning up the property at his mother’s request. The mother owns the property. He had retrieved his sister’s property and returned it to her.
A subject in the 2500 block of Underwood Avenue in Ainsworth reportedly hadn’t been seen since 4 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported Tuesday night. The apartment was open. The subject was located. No problem.
