Thomas Harry Osborn, 40, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 500 block of South Mechanic Street in Brighton on a warrant for probation violation on two counts of harassment.
Keenan Darnell Alexander, 24, of Washington was arrested Wednesday morning at West Jefferson Street in Washington for interference with official acts. Raymond Matias, 28, of Washington, was arrested at the same time and location for interference with official acts and disorderly conduct. Jeremy Tyshawn Shine, 24, of Brighton, was arrested at the same time and location for disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and interference with official acts.
An accident with injuries was reported Tuesday morning at Germanville Road and 150th in Brighton. Brighton QRS and Brighton Fire responded to assist Jefferson County.
A caller in the 300 block of South Fourth Avenue in Washington reported Tuesday afternoon that a fight had occurred after school. The incident is under investigation.
A caller reported Tuesday evening that his hunting party was shot at last weekend in the 3100 block of 160th Street in Riverside. The incident was documented.
Officers reported Tuesday that charges are pending on two subjects for burglary in reference to an incident that occurred on Sept. 16 in the 100 block of East First Street in Riverside.
A subject reportedly became belligerent Tuesday night in the 3100 block of Highway 22 in Riverside. Officers and the Iowa State Patrol responded. The Iowa State Patrol stopped a vehicle in Lone Tree. Officers assisted in returning the male subject and his brother to the casino to sort things out. The subject is no longer welcome on the property.
A physical fight regarding several subjects was reported Wednesday morning at West Jefferson Street in Washington. Officers and Washington County Ambulance responded.
A caller in the Washington County Hospital emergency room reported Tuesday evening that a patient who was bitten by a dog in the 300 block of A Street in Mt. Pleasant was being treated. Officers responded. A report will be filed.
Loud music was reported Tuesday morning in the 20 block of Parkside Estates Road in Washington. Officers responded.
All other offenses
A subject was reported trying to get into vehicles in the 700 block of East Second Street in Washington Wednesday morning. Officers were unable to locate.
A welfare check was requested Tuesday afternoon on a subject in the 300 block of North C Avenue in Washington. The subject was not home but was seen walking.
Family offense non violent
A caller in the 1400 block of 250th Street in Washington reported Tuesday night his wife was belligerent and had become physical. Officers responded. The caller was given information on substance abuse committal. The female party called back later that the male subject would not leave her alone and stay away from the residence. Officers responded. The parties were separated.
