Arrests

Monica Wood, 32, of West Chester, was arrested Wednesday morning at West Main and North C Avenue in Washington for driving while barred.

Arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 100 block of West Washington Street in Washington for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine were: Ronald Wayne Boileau, 51, of Washington; Kyle Joseph Boileau, 26, of Washington; and Brianna Kay Hole, 23, of Washington.

 

Warrant

A search warrant was reportedly executed Wednesday afternoon in the 300 block of North Marion Avenue in Washington. Officers responded.

 

Traffic accidents

A vehicle vs. deer accident was reported Wednesday morning at G36 east of Vine Avenue in Ainsworth. The incident was documented.

A caller reported Wednesday afternoon that another car struck her vehicle in the 1700 block of Vine Avenue in Riverside. Officers responded. The incident was documented.

 

Disabled vehicles

A semi was reported parked in the 400 block of East Second Street in Washington Wednesday evening. Officers responded. The operator was advised on the parking of a semi on a city street.

A vehicle reportedly hit a lamppost Wednesday evening in the 2400 block of Highway 92 in Washington. Officers responded. The vehicle was gone. The incident was documented.

 

Traffic other

A caller reported Wednesday afternoon being run off the road at G36 and Highway 218 in Ainsworth. The incident was documented.

Two livestock trailers on Highway 218 in Riverside appeared to be taking cattle from one and putting them in the other. Officers responded.

 

Fire calls

A smoke detector was reported going off Wednesday evening in the 400 block of South Second Avenue in Washington. Washington Fire Department responded. No fire.

 

Assault

A caller in the 100 block of Highway 92 in West Chester reported Wednesday morning that her mother had assaulted her the previous evening. The caller will try to obtain a no-contact order. The incident was documented.

A caller in the 600 block of South Fourth Avenue in Washington reported Wednesday afternoon that a juvenile assaulted her 11-year-old son. He was taken to the emergency room due to injuries. The incident was reported to the school, which requested law enforcement be advised. The incident was documented.

A caller reported Wednesday afternoon that her 10-year-old daughter was assaulted after school in the 600 block of South Fourth Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. The suspect and his father showed up at the residence and assured the mother and daughter things would be taken care of.

 

All other thefts

A student in the 700 block of F Avenue in Kalona was reported in possession of a stolen Nook Wednesday morning. Officers responded. The incident was documented.

Someone reportedly stole Christmas lights from a residence in the 200 block of Schnoebelen Street in Riverside Thursday morning. The incident was documented.

 

Animal complaints

A dog was reported Wednesday afternoon in the 200 block of Highway 92 in Ainsworth wandering the train tracks. Officers responded.

 

All other offenses

Gunshots were reported Wednesday morning in the 2400 block of 200th Street in Washington. Officers attempted to locate.

A student reportedly walked away from school in the 300 block of South Fourth Avenue in Washington Wednesday afternoon. Officers were advised.

A bicycle was reported in the 300 block of South Fourth Avenue in Washington Thursday morning and it had been there a few days. It was taken to the bike shed.

 

Suspicious activity

A suspicious baggy was reported Wednesday afternoon in the 1100 block of East Washington Street in Washington. Officers responded.
