A caller reported Monday afternoon another vehicle hit him at East Madison and South Van Buren in Brighton. Information was exchanged. The incident was documented.
A subject reportedly hit three horses Monday night in the 2800 block of 220th Street in Ainsworth. Officers, the Iowa State Patrol and Washington County Ambulance responded. No transport. Damage was over $1,500.
A subject ran over a piece of equipment Monday evening at Vine and 192nd belonging to a company working in the area. Parties exchanged information.
All other thefts
Several tools were reported taken from a garage in the 300 block of East Third Street in Riverside Monday morning. A report will be filed.
A caller in the 3000 block of Quince Avenue in Washington reported Monday afternoon that a subject was harassing him and his wife. Officers spoke with both parties. Unfounded.
A dog was reported Friday morning in the 700 block of North Marion Avenue in Washington with limited shelter, no bedding and was howling. Officers responded and spoke with the owner.
An injured deer was reported Friday evening in the 3100 block of Highway 1 in Brighton. The caller removed the deer from the roadway. Officers were advised.
Loud music was reported Sunday morning in the 600 block of East Washington Street in Washington. Officers responded. No loud music was found.
A caller reported Monday afternoon that loud and disruptive noise was coming from an apartment in the 700 block of F Avenue in Kalona. Officers were advised. The incident was documented.
All other offenses
Subjects were reported driving their truck down a dirt road at Juniper and 230th in Washington. They had caused damage to the road, the ditch and the neighbor’s field. Officers were unable to locate.
A bike was reported found Saturday afternoon in the 600 block of West Madison Street in Washington. It was taken to the bike shed.
Family offense non violent
Subjects were reported fighting Saturday night in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington. Officers responded. Verbal only.
A pickup and a trailer were reported Saturday morning in the 1400 block of Walter Mapp Drive in Riverside. Something was offloaded from the truck into a car.
Suspicious activity was reported Saturday afternoon in the 1500 block of East Washington Street in Washington.
A welfare check was requested Friday morning on a subject in the 700 block of North B Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. The subject was fine.
A welfare check was requested Monday afternoon on a subject in the 200 block of North Main Street in Crawfordsville. Officers responded. No issue.
A missing 16-year-old was reported Saturday night in the 400 block of South Harrison Street in Brighton. The juvenile later returned home.
