Robert James Shindelar, 38, of Harper, was arrested Friday afternoon in the 1200 block of Highway 22 in Wellman on a warrant for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.
Thomas Lee Blakley, 78, of Ainsworth, was arrested Friday afternoon in Ainsworth on a warrant for pretrial release violation on sex abuse.
Thuc Pham, 40, of Mt. Pleasant, was arrested Saturday afternoon on Highway 218 in Ainsworth for OWI.
Jose Armando Flores-Rivera, 43, of Iowa City, was arrested Sunday morning at A Avenue and Sixth Street in Kalona for driving while intoxicated and operating without a valid driver’s license. He is also being held for Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement for an outstanding warrant of deportation for an immigration violation – alien unlawfully present due to order of removal or exclusion from the U.S.
A two-vehicle accident was reported Friday morning at East Second and North Marion Avenue in Washington. No injuries were reported. Sandra Rich of Washington was cited for failure to yield right of way.

A vehicle reportedly drove off the roadway into a ditch Friday afternoon in the 1700 block of Highway 218 in Riverside. Iowa State Patrol responded. One person was reported injured. One subject was transported to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

Nathan Douglas Mueller, 22, of Washington, was cited Saturday night in the 500 block of East Washington Street in Washington for driving under suspension.
A caller in the 1100 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington reported Sunday evening that she let someone borrow her vehicle with the arrangement that he made payments and was going to buy it. He had stopped making the payments and would not return the vehicle. It was a civil matter.
A carbon monoxide detector was reported beeping Friday night in the 1000 block of East Jefferson Street in Washington. Washington Fire and officers responded. Low battery.

An officer was requested Sunday morning in the 900 block of South 11th Avenue in Washington in reference to the caller’s ex-girlfriend taking some of his belongings after they broke up. The items had been returned and the caller did not wish to pursue charges. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 100 block of East Third Street in Washington reported Friday afternoon that subjects were coming onto the property overnight and damaging a fence. They were also tearing up the parking lot with a vehicle.
The window of a vehicle that was parked at Highway 218 and G36 in Ainsworth was reported shot out Saturday night. Officers responded.

A caller in the 100 block of West Tyler Street in Washington reported Saturday night that her sister hadn’t made contact with the family for over 24 hours. Officers responded.
An officer was requested in the 300 block of West Washington Boulevard in Washington Friday night to help the caller retrieve a 92-inch TV from a customer. Officers responded. It was a civil issue.
