Pamela Jane Kendall, 43, of Wayland, was arrested Tuesday morning in the 300 block of West Second Street in Wayland on a warrant for theft and credit card fraud.
Brandon Eugene Curtis Loring, 32, of Wayland, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington on a Henderson County, Ill. warrant for failure to appear for an original charge of aggravated battery.
John Lawerence, 22, of Brighton, was arrested Tuesday evening in the 3200 block of Fir Avenue in Brighton for driving under suspension.
A vehicle reportedly went into the ditch Tuesday morning in the 1400 block of Highway 218 in Riverside. Officers and Iowa State Patrol responded. The vehicle was towed out of the ditch.
A caller in the 200 block of South Iowa Avenue in Washington reported a vehicle was involved with a hit-and-run accident Monday night. The incident was documented.
A two-vehicle accident was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 300 block of South Fourth Avenue in Washington. Information was exchanged.

Joel Toto, 22, of Kalona, was cited Tuesday night at A Place and Fifth Street in Kalona for driving under suspension.
A caller in the 300 block of West 18th Street in Washington reported Tuesday morning a vehicle was parked in front of her garage and she couldn’t leave for work. Officers had the vehicle moved and will contact the owner.
An oil fire was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 200 block of South 14th Avenue in Kalona. The structure was fully engulfed. It was near other buildings and attached to a building. Kalona Fire, Kalona QRS, Riverside Fire, Wellman Fire, Washington Fire, Keota Fire, Hills Fire, Ainsworth Fire, Washington County Ambulance and officers responded. Alliant was contacted. Larry Smith was notified for Hazmat contact. The State Fire Marshal was contacted.
Gunshots were reported Tuesday night in the 400 block of St. Mary’s Street in Riverside. Officers were unable to locate.

A mailbox was reported taken Tuesday morning in the 300 block of South Farmer Street in Brighton. Officers responded. The mailbox was hit. The incident was documented.
Family offense non violent
A domestic situation was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 100 block of Fifth Street in Kalona. Officers responded.
Subjects were reported yelling at each other Tuesday evening in the 300 block of South Marion Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. The parties were separated.
A welfare check was requested Tuesday evening on a subject in the 700 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. The subject was fine.
