Scott Allen Bliss, 28, of Washington, was arrested Saturday evening in the 300 block of North Marion Avenue in Washington for fifth-degree theft.
Gregory Peters, 52, of Washington, was arrested Saturday evening in the 200 block of East 14th Street in Washington for OWI.
Jody Morgan, 39, of Crawfordsville, was arrested Sunday afternoon in the 100 block of West Vine Street in Crawfordsville for domestic abuse assault.
A car vs. bridge accident was reported Friday morning in the 3000 block of Wayland Road in Washington. Over $1,500 damage was reported.
A vehicle vs. semi accident was reported Friday morning at Highway 218 in Ainsworth. Iowa State Patrol handled the accident.
A car vs. cement planter was reported Friday morning in the 100 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington.
A one-vehicle accident was reported Friday morning in the 900 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington. Officers responded. Under $1,500 damage was reported. No citation was issued.
A two-vehicle accident was reported Saturday afternoon in the 1000 block of North Sixth Avenue in Washington. Under $1,500 damage was reported.
A vehicle vs. deer accident was reported Saturday evening in the 1200 block of Highway 78 in Brighton. Under $1,500 damage was reported.

A caller in the 700 block of 12th Avenue in Wellman reported Sunday morning that a truck had been in his neighbor’s yard and his yard and it was now in a ditch. Officers spoke with the owner.
A two-vehicle accident was reported Sunday afternoon at North Second Avenue and East Seventh Street in Washington. Over $1,500 damage was reported. Lane Keeler of Washington was cited for failure to obey a stop sign.

Jessica Down Wiseman, 25, of Washington, was cited Friday afternoon at East Polk Street and South Iowa Avenue in Washington for driving under suspension.
A pickup was reported parked in the 400 block of West Madison Street in Washington Friday morning and it had been there for a week without moving. Officers contacted the owner.
Subjects were reported in vehicles hunting coyotes Friday afternoon in the 2900 block of 180th Street in Ainsworth and causing problems for the caller. The vehicles were driving backwards on the roadway. Officers responded. The subject was advised to contact the DNR with further problems.
A vehicle was reported in the back yard of a residence in the 600 block of East Main Street in Washington Sunday morning. Officers attempted to locate the owner to have it removed.
A caller reported Sunday afternoon people are using an empty lot in the 100 block of East Third Street in Washington to drive erratically and spin in the snow. A red truck was reported stuck in a snowdrift. Officers spoke with the owner.

A gas drive-off in the amount of $48.28 was reported Friday morning in the 1500 block of East Washington Street in Washington. The caller later reported the patron had realized he hadn’t paid for the gas and returned.
A caller in the 300 block of East Main Street in Washington reported Friday afternoon items were missing from her filing cabinet. Officers responded.
A caller in the 3100 block of Highway 22 in Riverside reported finding drugs. Officers responded. DCI will handle the issue.
A smell of marijuana was reported Saturday afternoon in the 100 block of Westview Drive in Washington. Officers were unable to locate.

A caller in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington reported Sunday afternoon the TV was damaged while he and his son were inside the residence. The caller believed someone came inside and broke the TV. Unfounded.

A 14-year-old subject was reported out of control Friday afternoon in the 1500 block of 315th Street in Brighton. Officers responded. The subject had calmed down.
