Kenneth Arlen Gierman, 52, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 500 block of East Seventh Street in Washington for public intoxication.
Artesha Celease Murphy, 21, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 2400 block of Highway 92 in Washington on a warrant for two counts of simple assault.
Andre Dwayne Kinlow, 39, of Washington, was arrested Jan. 20 in the 1100 block of East Taylor Street in Washington for obstruction of emergency communications.
A caller reported Tuesday morning going into a ditch at 190th Street and Elm and Fir Avenue in Keota. Information was exchanged with property owner. The vehicle was towed.
An accident was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 1100 block of South B Avenue in Washington. Officers were advised. The incident was documented.
A semi trailer reportedly came unhooked from the semi tractor on Highway 1 in Washington Tuesday night. Officers responded. The trailer was loaded with hogs.
A truck was reported on fire in the 900 block of South Third Avenue in Washington Tuesday morning. Washington Fire Department and officers responded. The fire was extinguished.
A pilot check and medical certification check was requested Tuesday morning in the 1600 block of South Airport Road in Washington. Officers responded. The certification was valid. The incident was documented.
Motor vehicle theft
A vehicle reported stolen out of Washington County was reported located in the 3000 block of Highway 22 in Riverside Tuesday morning. The owner was notified.
A caller reported Tuesday afternoon locating his daughter’s bicycle in the 700 block of East Main Street in Washington. Officers responded. The bike was returned to the owner.
All other offenses
A caller reported Tuesday evening losing the rear license plate from his vehicle somewhere in the City of Washington. He believed the wind might have taken it off. The incident was documented.
A suspicious vehicle was reported parked in a lot in the 3100 block of Highway 92 in Ainsworth and had been there for at least a week. Officers responded and advised the caller of his options.
A caller reported not being able to make contact with a subject in the 100 block of Green Meadows Drive in Washington. Washington County Ambulance and officers responded. No problem.
