A truck reportedly lost some boxes Wednesday afternoon in the 1000 block of West Fifth Street in Washington and that glass was all over the roadway. Officers responded. The driver had stopped and was cleaning up the glass.
A large grass fire was reported Wednesday afternoon in the 5700 block of S.W. Buchannan Avenue in Wellman. Wellman Fire Department responded and extinguished the fire.

A caller in the 800 block of South C Avenue in Washington reported Wednesday morning that there had been a bicycle behind his house for about two weeks. It was taken to the bike shed.
Two subjects were reported sitting outside of a residence in the 1000 block of East Tyler Street in Washington. Officers responded. The subjects left upon seeing the officer.
Garbage was reported strewn all over the caller’s yard in the 1000 block of East Third Street in Washington Wednesday morning. Officers spoke with the caller. The incident was documented.
A caller reported Wednesday evening hearing what sounded like three gunshots in the 200 block of East Second Street in Washington. Officers were unable to locate.
Family offense non violent
A caller in the 2300 block of Highways 1 and 92 reported Wednesday evening that he was with a subject who had been drinking. The subject was not to consume any alcohol. The caller notified DHS and the subject’s son stayed with the caller for the night. The incident was documented.
