Nathan Douglas Mueller, 22, of Washington, was arrested Thursday morning in the 400 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington on a warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on possession of marijuana.
Lisa Diane Douglas, 19, of Wellman, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 500 block of Ninth Avenue in Wellman on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

An officer reported being out in the 500 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington Thursday afternoon to recover a stolen trailer receiver hitch. A report will be filed.
A subject was reported in the 400 block of East Polk Street in Washington being unruly Thursday morning. Officers responded.
Dead animals were reported mixed in with live animals Thursday morning in the 1600 block of Highway 1 in Washington. Officers responded. No neglect.
All other offenses
A door to a residence in the 400 block of East Jefferson in Washington was reported standing open Thursday afternoon and was barely secured to the residence. Officers responded.
Family offense non violent
A 17-year-old subject was reported Thursday afternoon in the 400 block of West Madison Street in Washington being aggressive toward his mother and possibly being on drugs. Officers responded. The juvenile was gone on arrival. A consent search was done. Charges are pending.
The front door to a residence in the 1100 block of East Main Street in Washington was reported open Thursday morning. Officers responded. Everything was fine.
