Lavancha Bryant Walker, 49, of Marion, was arrested Friday afternoon in the 300 block of 34th Avenue in Marion on a Washington County warrant for failure to appear for contempt-refusal to pay fine or costs on an original charge of fifth-degree theft.
Mariah Shanique Brown, 17, of Washington, was arrested Friday night in the 700 block of East Main Street in Washington for violating conditions of release.
Amanda Barbara Wittenburg, 26, of Springville, was arrested Saturday evening at 150th Street and Highway 218 in Riverside for OWI.
James Wallace Price, 54, of Iowa City, was arrested Saturday night in the 4500 block of Melrose Avenue in Iowa City on a Washington County warrant for failure to appear on public intoxication.
Threase Hudson Moore, 26, of Solon, was arrested Saturday night in the 3100 block of Highway 22 in Riverside for interference with official acts and public intoxication. Frank Domenic Nicastri, 51, was arrested at the same time and location for interference with official acts and public intoxication.
Robert Sines, 53, of Washington, was arrested Sunday morning at South Seventh Avenue and East Jefferson Street in Washington for OWI.

A caller in the 800 block of South C Avenue in Washington reported Sunday morning her sister was attempting to assault her mother. The caller was not at the residence. Officers responded. Conflicting stories. The parties were separated.
A deputy was requested Monday morning in the 200 block of North Railroad Street in Ainsworth for a theft of money and an assault. Officers responded. The situation was resolved.
A caller in the 600 block of West Adams Street in Washington reported Friday evening a subject had reportedly purchased items in her name and broke her car window. The caller did not wish to pursue charges.
Items were reported missing from a residence in the 200 block of 10th Avenue in Wellman Sunday afternoon. Officers responded.
All other thefts
A subject reportedly went through the register line of a business in the 300 block of East Washington Street in Washington Saturday morning and did not pay for gas. Officers located the subject. It was an accident. He returned and paid.
A gas drive-off was reported Saturday morning in the 1000 block of West Madison Street in Washington. Officers responded. It was accidental. The subjects returned and paid.
A caller in the 100 block of West Fourth Street in Riverside reported Sunday evening it appears someone had been coming on her property to get water from her hose. The tracks were from a city worker coming to read the meter. No theft.
A subject was reportedly being harassed by another subject in a vehicle in the 500 block of South Ninth Avenue in Washington Friday morning. Officers spoke with all parties. The situation was unfounded.
A caller in the 1200 block of Maple Avenue in Kalona reported Friday evening a subject was harassing him. The incident was documented.

A caller reported Sunday morning her Iphone was stolen at the Riverside Casino the previous night. The caller was able to track it on her computer as being in the 600 block of East Polk Street in Washington. Officers responded and retrieved the phone. It was returned to the owner. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 800 block of North Sixth Avenue in Washington reported Sunday afternoon an issue with her ex-boyfriend. He left the residence they had been sharing since December and locked all the doors so she couldn’t get inside. The caller said there was a no-contact order between the two.
Family offense non violent
A deputy was requested Monday morning in the 300 block of East Third Street in Riverside for a domestic disturbance. Officers responded. The subject was communicating with a baby at the residence.
A suspicious vehicle was reported parked in the 1500 block of 335th Street in Brighton Saturday morning and the headlights from the vehicle had woken the caller up. Officers responded. The vehicle left the area.
A suspicious vehicle was reported Sunday morning at South Fourth Avenue and East Harrison Street in Washington. Officers responded. Charges are pending DCI lab results for possession of a controlled substance.
A caller in the 3300 block of 150th Street in Riverside reported Friday afternoon having a dispute over papers for a dog he purchased. It was a civil issue.
