Bradley Wayne Waddell, 32, of North Liberty, was arrested Friday evening in the 500 block of Ninth Avenue in Wellman for possession of a controlled substance.
Jeffrey Lee McGuire, 46, of Riverside, was arrested Friday night in the 3100 block of 175th Street in Ainsworth for driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia and open container.
David C. Mathis, 53, of Chicago, Ill., was arrested Saturday afternoon in the 3100 block of Highway 22 in Riverside for possession of a controlled substance – marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.
Gerardo Nunez, 18, of Columbus Junction, was arrested Sunday morning at 220th Street east of Willow Avenue in Ainsworth for driving without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges of possession of a controlled substance are pending. Jesus Alberto Amigon, 18, of Columbus Junction was cited at the same time and location for possession of drug paraphernalia.
A vehicle was reported damaged Saturday afternoon in the 1100 block of East Third Street in Washington. Information was exchanged.
A two-vehicle accident was reported Sunday night on Highway 218 in Ainsworth. Ainsworth QRS, Ainsworth Fire and Washington County Ambulance responded. One subject was transported to the V.A. Hospital in Iowa City.
A vehicle was reported driving erratically Sunday afternoon in the 700 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington. Officers spoke with the driver.
A fire alarm was reported Saturday morning in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington. Officers responded. No fire was reported.
A caller in the 600 block of West Monroe Street in Washington reported Saturday evening that her children placed clothing on a light bulb and started a fire. The fire had been extinguished but there was a large amount of smoke. Washington Fire Department and officers responded.
A vehicle was reported on fire Sunday morning in the 500 block of South Highway 1 in Washington. Washington Fire Department and officers responded. The fire was extinguished.
An assault was reported Saturday morning in the 300 block of North Fourth Avenue in Washington. The incident is under investigation.
Officers reported being out with adult probation in the 600 block of South Marion Avenue in Washington Saturday morning. Charges for possession of a controlled substance are pending.
A caller in the 2600 block of Redwood Avenue in Washington reported Friday afternoon recovering stolen property. Charges will be filed.

A caller in the 600 block of East Madison Street in Washington reported Sunday evening someone came into his home and took two rings valued at $4,500. The incident was documented.
A subject reportedly popped two tires in the 900 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington Friday afternoon. Officers responded. Charges of criminal mischief were filed on Brooks Rangel, 17, of Washington.
A garage and two vehicles were reported hit with eggs Saturday morning in the 200 block of Rose Street in Riverside. The incident was documented.
Someone reportedly drove a vehicle through a fence in the 3000 block of Highway 1 in Washington Saturday afternoon Officers responded. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 200 block of West Madison Street in Washington reported Saturday afternoon that a subject was harassing her. Officers spoke with the caller. The incident was documented.
Several three-wheelers and four-wheelers were reported trespassing in a field in the 1300 block of Fir Avenue in Wellman Friday morning. Officers responded. A verbal warning was given to the father.
Subjects on three-wheelers and four-wheelers reportedly returned to a property in the 1300 block of Fir Avenue in Washington Friday afternoon. Officers responded. The subjects weren’t related to the previous subjects and didn’t realize they were on private property.
A barking dog was reported Friday night in the City of Crawfordsville. Officers were unable to locate.
A loose dog was reported Saturday morning in the 700 block of North Fourth Avenue in Washington. A verbal warning was given.
A caller in the 300 block of West 18th Street in Washington reported Saturday night that the subjects who lived above her were running around and she heard loud footsteps. Officers responded.

Three mailboxes in the 1900 block of Highway 92 in Washington were reported knocked down Friday morning. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 900 block of North Fifth Avenue in Washington reported Friday afternoon there had been a violation of a no-contact order between her and her ex-boyfriend. The incident is under investigation.
An officer was requested Saturday afternoon in the 300 block of East madison Street in Washington in reference to a package that was delivered to the caller’s former address and the people who live there wouldn‘t give it to her. Officers responded. The subjects denied knowledge of the package.
Suspicious activity was reported Saturday afternoon in the 1300 block of Deer Run Drive in Riverside. Officers responded. No issue.
Family offense non violent
A caller in the 20 block of Parkside Estates road in Washington reported Friday night that she had a fight with her husband. Officers responded. The incident was documented.
Public service contact
An officer was requested to check in the 1600 block of South Airport Road in Washington Saturday evening for a subject who was supposed to have landed there. Officers were unable to locate.
A welfare check was requested Saturday evening in the 300 block of A Place in Kalona. Officers responded.
A caller in the 3200 block of Wayland Road in Wayland reported Friday night that a vehicle was sitting in his driveway and it had driven past slowly a few times. Officers located the vehicle. The driver was advised not to return to the caller’s property or trespass charges would be filed.
