Michael Patrick Mueller, 19, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 500 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington for possession of a controlled substance.
Kasey Mark Lyon, 52, of Keota, was arrested Tuesday night in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington for providing false information for the sex offender registry.
