William Bryan Humphrey III, 42, of Washington, was arrested Monday night in the 1800 block of Highway 1 in Kalona for operating while intoxicated and careless driving.
A caller in the 2800 block of Spruce Avenue in Ainsworth reported Monday afternoon a shower stall he was hauling flew out of the back of his vehicle and struck another vehicle. Officers responded. The incident was documented.
An officer reported Monday morning being out with a vehicle in the 300 block of South C Avenue in Washington that had been parked for over 24 hours. The vehicle was cited and a tow tag was placed. Officers spoke with the owner.
A caller reported Tuesday morning that an assault had occurred Sunday evening in the City of Washington. Officers spoke with the caller.
A case of vandalism by students was reported Monday afternoon in the 300 block of South Fourth Avenue in Washington. Charges were filed on Sara Mae Bryan, 13, of Washington.
Vandalism was reported to a mailbox in the 2700 block of Highway 22 in Riverside. Officers responded. The incident was documented.

A caller in the 200 block of West Second Street in Washington reported Monday evening that a vehicle tried to hit him. Officers were unable to locate.
An officer was requested in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington Tuesday morning for an inmate who was not cooperating. Officers responded. The problem was resolved.
Vincent Edward Smallwood, 33, of Washington, was cited Saturday morning in the 500 block of North C Avenue in Washington for disorderly conduct.

A dispute was reported between two neighbors Sunday evening. The caller reported shooting his gun at an aggressive dog that was coming at him. The neighbor reported the caller had fired shots at the roadway. Officers responded.
A caller in the 400 block of Lincoln Street in Ainsworth reported Friday afternoon her 17-year-old son left the residence with another subject. Officers located the juvenile and returned him to his residence.
A vehicle was reported parked in a driveway in the 300 block of West Jefferson Street in Washington Friday evening and it didn’t belong at the residence. Officers responded.
A door to a residence in the 600 block of South Ninth Avenue in Washington was reported open Monday afternoon and it had been open for three days. Officers responded. The incident is under investigation.
A caller in the 300 block of West Washington Boulevard in Washington reported Sunday afternoon her landlord was harassing her. Officers responded.
Officers reported Friday morning that they were assisting DHS in the 100 block of North Second Avenue in Washington. The incident was documented.
Two subjects and three small children were reported eating in the 200 block of Wiley Boulevard in Washington Monday evening and one subject seemed impaired and was acting abusive toward the children. Officers responded. The subjects were counseled.
