Michael John Unternahrer, 23, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 200 block of West Madison Street in Washington for violating a protective order.
Hailey Irene Scott, 20, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 1100 block of East Taylor Street in Washington on a warrant for contempt – failure/refusal to pay fine.
Charges were filed Nov. 9, 2013 on Dacota Jackson Miller, 13, of Washington, for fifth-degree theft.

A caller in the 300 block of South Farmer Street in Brighton reported Tuesday afternoon that a subject had obtained her bank account number. She had checked her account and no money had been withdrawn. The incident was documented.
