Efrain Jr. Gomez, 33, of Washington, was arrested on Dec. 23 for possession of a controlled substance marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jean Marie Koshatka, 53, of Wellman, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington on a warrant for motor vehicle theft.
Matthew Benjamin Grimm, 31, of Coralville, was arrested Wednesday morning at Highway 22 and Fourth Street in Wellman for OWI.
Kel Hyde-Shepherd, 36, of Brighton, was arrested Wednesday morning at Highways 1 and 78 in Brighton for OWI.

Rolando Godinez-Lopez of Washington was arrested Wednesday evening in the 1000 block of West Madison Street in Washington for public intoxication.
A rollover accident was reported Tuesday morning in the 3000 block of Highway 218 in Riverside. Riverside Fire, Riverside QRS, officers and Washington County Ambulance responded. One person was transported to Mercy Hospital in Iowa City. The vehicle was towed.
A two-vehicle accident was reported Tuesday morning at East 15th and North Third Avenue in Washington. No injuries were reported.

A caller at 240th and Birch in Keota reported Tuesday night that his daughter had rolled his car. The vehicle was upside down in a ditch. Everyone was out and they did not request medical attention. Two subjects were transported by private vehicle. A state accident report will be filed. The owner made arrangements for the vehicle to be towed.

A caller in the 2400 block of 190th Street in Washington reported Tuesday night her husband assaulted her. The caller was extremely intoxicated and was kicked out of the casino a couple hours prior to making the call. The male subject went to a different room in the residence for the night.
A caller in the 200 block of East 14th Street in Washington reported Wednesday afternoon her boyfriend had pulled out some of her hair. Officers advised the caller was intoxicated and the boyfriend had taken her keys not wanting her to operate a vehicle. No assault had occurred.
A caller in the 300 block of North C Avenue in Washington reported Tuesday morning that someone had entered her residence overnight and prescription medication was missing. The caller later reported finding the items but believed people were coming into her residence and going through her property.

A caller in the 200 block of Eighth Avenue in Wellman reported Tuesday night that her boyfriend stole a set of headphones worth $300 and had given her Kindle to a friend of his. The caller later advised he assaulted her. The caller retrieved the items. They separated for the night. No evidence of assault.
An officer reported Wednesday morning being at Sixth and Seventh in Washington with a subject reporting a theft from her vehicle. Officers gave the subject a ride to her residence.
A caller in the 300 block of North C Avenue in Washington reported Wednesday evening that a birth certificate had been stolen from the residence. Unfounded.
A window was reported broken out of a vehicle in the 1100 block of Eighth Avenue in Wellman Tuesday morning. The incident was documented.
A caller in the 100 block of Fifth Street in Kalona reported Tuesday morning that his ex-wife was harassing him via telephone at his workplace. Officers spoke with the subject.
A subject was reported Tuesday evening in the 3100 block of Highway 22 in Riverside and was so intoxicated he couldn‘t walk. The subject was located and picked up by a family member.
A caller in the 1700 block of Highway 78 in Brighton reported Wednesday afternoon that a large truck was out in front of his residence, fed his dog and ran it over while it was eating. No license plate information was available. The dog died at the vet. The incident was documented.
Loud fireworks were reported going off on Fourth Street in Washington Wednesday morning. Officers were unable to locate.

A caller in the 100 block of Westview Drive in Washington reported Wednesday afternoon a subject was on the premises whose room was only paid for one night. Officers responded. The subject was transported to Ainsworth Four Corners.
A caller in the 1100 block of Ninth Avenue in Wellman reported Wednesday evening that the subject who plows snow in the neighborhood pulled into their yard and had damaged the grass. Officers spoke with the operator. Problem resolved.
Family offense non violent
A domestic situation was reported Wednesday morning in the 800 block of South Marion Avenue in Washington. Verbal only. The parties were separated.
A caller in the 1800 block of 270th Street in Washington reported Tuesday evening hearing eight or nine gunshots. Officers were unable to locate anything.
A caller in the 300 block of East Washington Street in Washington reported Wednesday afternoon that someone was opening bags left outside the donation area. Officers located the subject and told him that if it happened again he would be arrested.
A welfare check was requested Tuesday afternoon in the 30 block of Maple Avenue in Washington.
