Dillon Michael Whetstine, 19, of Kalona, was arrested Monday afternoon in the 100 block of First Street in Kalona for failure to appear for arraignment on charges of burglary and theft.
Angel Denise Johnson, 38, of Washington, was arrested Monday afternoon in the 100 block of West Main Street in Washington for driving under suspension.
Heather Colleen Edwards, 34, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday morning in the 300 block of North Fourth Avenue in Washington for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, serious assault and interference with official acts.
Peter Timothy Mayberry, 33, of West Liberty, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 2300 block of Highway 218 in Ainsworth for driving under revocation. The subject was also wanted in Johnson County for probation violation on dangerous drugs.
William Ralph Chapek, 62, of Washington, was arrested Tuesday night in the 400 block of Amvets Road in Richmond on a Washington County warrant for third-degree burglary, third-degree theft and trespass.
A caller in the 300 block of North Marion Avenue in Washington reported Monday afternoon finding a note on his windshield giving the license number of a vehicle that struck his parked vehicle. Officers responded. Information was exchanged.
A tire was reported laying the middle of the street in the 600 block of East Monroe Street in Washington Monday afternoon and a wooden pole was hanging by a wire. Officers responded. The incident was documented.
Someone reportedly drove through a yard in the 1300 block of North Marion Avenue in Washington and hit a telephone pole, a caller reported Tuesday morning. Officers responded. The incident was documented.
A car was reported parked in the 200 block of A Avenue in Kalona Tuesday night and the caller thought it might be abandoned. Officers responded. The vehicle had only been there two hours. The caller was advised to speak with his landlord if the vehicle was still there on Wednesday.
Officers reported Monday afternoon receiving information about an assault that occurred a few days earlier in the 2100 block of Dogwood Avenue in Keota. A report will be filed.
A caller in the 1400 block of 315th Street in Brighton reported Tuesday morning someone had broken into his residence and several items were missing. Items were also reported missing from the outside. Officers responded.

A gas drive-off in the amount of $30 was reported Tuesday morning in the 1000 block of West Madison Street in Washington. The incident was documented.
Four tires were reported cut on a vehicle in the 100 block of Fifth Street in Wellman Monday morning. Officers responded.
A caller in the 1000 block of North Fifth Avenue in Washington reported Tuesday evening that she was being harassed on Facebook. Officers spoke with the caller and advised her to block the person or cancel her account.
Subjects were reported being loud Monday night in the 500 block of North Iowa Avenue in Washington. Officers responded.
Subjects in the 400 block of East Van Buren Street in Washington were reported being loud Tuesday morning. Officers were unable to locate.
Subjects in the 100 block of South Sixth Street in Kalona were reported playing loud music Tuesday evening. Officers responded.

An abandoned bicycle was reported in the 700 block of East Second Street in Washington Tuesday afternoon. Officers responded. The bike was taken to the bike shed.
A possible violation of a no-contact order was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 300 block of West Third Street in Washington. Officers spoke with the caller. The incident was documented.
A subject was reported Tuesday morning at Highway 218 in Riverside wearing camo clothing and standing along side the shoulder of the road holding a shotgun. The subject was facing the woods. Officers responded and located a group of coyote hunters. The subject in question stated he would stay away from the road.
Family offense non violent
Officers were requested Wednesday morning in the 400 block of West Washington Boulevard in Washington for an argument between the caller’s brother and her parents. Officers responded. The parties were separated.
A caller reported Monday evening receiving a strange text message from his ex-girlfriend in the 600 block of West Adams Street in Washington and requested a welfare check. Officers responded. Everything was fine.
