Kierra Jovan Rowe, 20, of Cedar Rapids, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 300 block of South Second Avenue in Washington on a warrant for forgery.
A caller reported Tuesday night that her daughter had lost control of her vehicle in the 3000 block of Highway 1 in Brighton and put the vehicle in the ditch. Officers responded. The owner removed the vehicle.
Two vehicles were reported parked in the 800 block of 10th Street in Kalona Tuesday morning and had been there at least 30 days. Officers spoke with the owner.

The Washington County Communications Center received multiple reports Wednesday morning of a building on fire and a power line down in the 3100 block of 240th Street in Ainsworth. Officers, Ainsworth Fire, Ainsworth QRS, Riverside Fire, Washington Fire and Washington County Ambulance responded. The fire was extinguished.

Motor vehicle theft
A caller reported Tuesday morning locating a vehicle that had been stolen from the 2400 block of Yucca Avenue in Ainsworth. The incident is under investigation.
A semi was reported stolen Tuesday morning in the 3200 block of 220th Street in Ainsworth. The semi was located on Willow Avenue and the engine was still running. Officers responded. The incident is under investigation.

A caller in the 1300 block of Jason Lane in Kalona reported Tuesday afternoon that multiple unauthorized transactions totaling $550 were made on her debit card. Officers responded.
A large amount of trash was reported on the roadway in the 1800 block of Ginkgo Avenue in Wellman Tuesday afternoon. County Roads responded and removed the trash. A name was located in the trash. Officers attempted to contact.
